We had the same experience as many others. My husband ordered a pair of shoes. They took forever to come. He ordered a US men’s size 13. They would not even fit on half of his foot. We contacted the company and they offered the next size or keep the shoe and they would refund $10.00. After many emails we took the offer of the next size up. Same thing- shoe would not fit. Now we have two pair of shoes that don’t fit and no refund money. They then offered us $20.00 for a $50.00 shoe. We tried to negotiate for half (25.00). They would not accept. So they won. We took the 20.00 and I’m trying to give the shoes away to someone who needs them. I want something good to come out of this experience.

Well, my experience is the same as others. Wanted to return shoes because of poor fit. No way. First offered 20% refund. After I refused they eventually offered 40%, $19.19 refund plus I get to keep the shoes that don't fit. So, I took the offer. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Company offered 19.99 for a refund on my 50.00 shoes. Or offered me the option to send them to China, and once they were received in China, they would notify the company in America that they were received. They would not pay for shipping to China. 350 dollars to ship these shoes to China. This company is a scam

Buyer beware! If the product received is not satisfactory, forget about returning it. They will not pay for the return and create many obstacles to obtaining a refund. Not worth the aggravation to save a few bucks.

Canceled erroneous order within 2 hours of placement.
They refuse to cancel or refund.
Offered 20% refund to "keep my business".
All they did was keep my money.

Edit 5/21/24: Perhaps because of this review or my complaints to Paypal, which they sneakily routed my CC payment thru, they did eventually refund the full amount without explanation.

Took over 2 weeks to get. Shoes were cheap and my feet hurt almost instantly when I put them on. Emailed customer service for a refund/return. They wanted a picture of the shoes, SKU# and some other info. I said that's not possible. They came back and said please send picture. I did, and they offered 20% refund and keep the shoes. I said no, I want a full refund and a label to return. Still waiting.

They advertised comfortable shoes, fast delivery and easy return. Shipment took very long to arrive. I contacted the seller and requested cancellation. Automated email promised quick agent response but received no reply. Checking tracking was difficult and required translation from Chinese. Sent more requests to cancel. Shoes are not comfortable and irregular fit. No way to reach anyone to get satisfaction. Expensive mistake!

Horrible customer service!!!!! No hassle returns are what gets advertised but trying to return or exchange an item that didn't fit was a very, very time-consuming process. Responses from the company were not helpful and did not address any questions asked. I still have no way of returning things and I doubt if I will ever see the refund that I should get, and this should be one hallmark of a reputable company.

Shoes are very low quality and their return policy wants you to pay to ship them back to China! That’s more than 1/2 the price of the shoes, BEWARE!

Shoes do not fit Requested return a week ago. They said that someone will be in touch. No contact since.
Terrible customer service and costly returns

I order a Color Grey Size Medium Sweater. What I received after a long wait was a Color Beige Size Large. I can't wear the sweater it's too big & It wasn't the color I ordered. The company wants me to return the sweater at my cost & I will get 40% of my money in return. This is there company policy. I'm a dissatisfied customer
