I have usdt in this site..but I can't withdraw my USDT I have USDT in this site but I can't transfer it to any account as its need ETH to pay for the transfer. Why I cant buy ETH using my USDT.
At first I had doubts about this wallet because of the high network fees when withdrawing your Usdt but I found some interesting futures about it is that you can withdraw the network fees if your account is upgraded.
Does anyone know how to contact Wallextra Customer Support?
It is so unfortunate that I can not transfer my USDT to my personal wallet simply because I was asked to pay in 11 ETH before I can withdraw my fund and so sad that I can't buy the ETH with my USDT for more than a year now. Please walletxtra should find away to change this protocol because is not working well with us which i also believe no customer that keep money with you will be happy with this kind of conditions.
