Similar matter for me. Ordered one pair of shoes, had a shipping issue but finally received it after months of waiting. It was the wrong size so I hade to return it to them. They don’t allow refunds so I had to take store credit. Purchased the right size and for almost two months they’ve told me that they can’t tell me where my order is because their site is down. I work in tech so I get systems go down but you can’t tell me you don’t have a work around in place after 2 months now. I received the store credit link and it didn’t work. Notified them of that. Their support team communicates but provides no resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Wow smh yeah same here I was scammed out of two pairs of shoes … whoever is behind this I hope yall rot in hades with your grandmother and grandkids.

Walter Dixxon for men's clothing is a SCAM, they get your money & fake a wrong delivery and then offer you 150% credit ( a deal you can't refuse) then they offer a half price by which you'll have to add $20 to $30 more and again it gets delivered to the wrong address. And it seems that FedEx was at fault. When in actuality, they faked the whole thing. Because I went personaly to FedEx and they couldnt trace it. I suggest you to do as I'm going to do, report them to the Authorities. After 3 times, I ask for a refund and they will not refund, they again offer the fake 150%.

Yikes, just seeing all these reviews which scares me as I ordered a blazer and paid $200 for it. Yesterday received a notice that it was delivered via Fed ex but I had no package delivered. Called Fedex and they said that the package was delivered and signed for a by a Javiar. There is no Javiar at his household. Then we discovered that the address they delivered my package did not match my address. So they directed me to call the manufacturer. I called and they said they would have a supervisor call back as they were experiencing issues with Fedex. After reading all the other reviews on here, sounds like I was scammed and now will attempt to get my money back. Very upsetting! I even called their 800# before ordering to be sure this site wasn't a scam but apparently they have become very good at what they do nowadays! I don't understand how we aren't protected from this and how they can show they shipped and had something signed for!

DO NOT order from this site! They are frauds. I paid $139.00 for a suit that was never sent. I asked for a refund or status and they said since it was over 6 months they would not refund me and they would give me a 30% discount to pay for another one. They took my money and never delivered and think I will give them more money. Frauds!!!!!! Beware!!

I did not read the reviews beforehand, that was my mistake. Please do not order from this company it is apparently a fraud. I received an email stating that I would be notified when the order was on the way. I then received an email stating they were aware that I didn't receive my order. The company appears to be Walter Dixxon but the email was from walterdouglas.com, need I say more?

Walter Dixxon is a terrible business. When you place an order, whether you receive it or not, they don't care. My wife placed an order for my birthday in August, the order said delivered but it was delivered to the wrong address.
Imagine, I have a 24 hour recording camera in and out of my house.
We contact them and they verified that the order was delivered but to the wrong address. They refused to resend the order or give a refund. I will advise everyone to be careful with them.

I should’ve read the negative reviews on this company. I got scammed out of $109.99 for a coat they supposedly mailed to me, but it was to the wrong address. I asked for a full refund for their screw up, but haven’t received anything yet after a two weeks! A big red flag with them is that they operate by several company and email names. Webster Dixxon, Wade Dixxon & Walter Dixxon. It’s a SCAM!! Stay away!!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company that they claimed was shipped and delivered. No delivery. When I reached out to their "support team" they offered a refund or replacement. I haven received either one. I've fought this charge with my bank twice and my bank won't even give me my money back even with evidence of them taking the money because the merchandise was supposedly delivered

Just experienced being scammed twice. They ship my two orders to the wrong address and never gave back my money. Total scam. I reported to my bank thankfully. DO NOT buy from here. You will NEVER get your items. Reporting them to police for fraud.

I feel ill as this is the first time I’ve been scammed by an online store. They seemed legit as they had social media and a decent looking website. Apparently they sent me the same suit three times to the wrong address. I finally asked for a refund. I got a confirmation for it but let’s see if it comes through

I bought as a shoe,my bank card charged $98 for it;Wade Dixxon sent me a tracking number ,after tracking it;it says delivered but never receive it however when I contacted FedEx as regards to the tracking number,I was told the tracking number I quoted was for a company's shipment.Thus contact Wade Dixxion thereafter via email but they never respond to my message,they are scammer;please do not patronise them.THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WI NEVER GET/RECIEVE WHAT YOU PAID/CHARGED FOR!

Scam - Item never received. Fake tracking. Always responds that they will issue a refund and never do. Had to report to credit card company.

Fraud Alert: same story as the other reviews. I wish I read them first. They didn’t deliver. Said they did; several times. Strung out cure time. They did refund.

I am a recent victim of the Fradulent, Unscrupulous and Criminal actions of WADE DIXXON.
I did a very large order of items from them i made a very unfortunate and costly mistake when i did ( which i could have avoided had i done my due diligence and Checked for reviews on WADE DIXXON, which would have led me to read all of these Negative reviews and warnings.)
I Concur and strongly agree with Every Single Reviewer here who has been robbed and harmed by this Sham Operation, as I have just experienced ALL OF the exact things that Everyone else has with being Defrauded by a bunch of Criminals who are somehow allowed to Operate as a Business and be allowed to Continue running a Fully Functioning Website, and advertise on Facebook and all over The Web Pages even Moreso than the legitimate clothing stores are advertising. This Unfortunately only allows this Criminal Enterprise to Lure in more unsuspecting Victims and continue to Harm people EVEN AFTER all of these bad reviews and warnings.
What is more confounding to me is that...WHY hasn't the State Regulatory or Internet E-Commerce Enforcement Watchdogs noticed the complaints of Straight Up Theft and Deceptive Practices that WADE DIXXON has and are doing, and if nothing else...AT LEAST Shut their Website down and Prohibit them from being able to advertise on Social Media or anywhere else on the Internet ? The same way that Someone or some Organization who is using the Internet to post and Communicate Overally Offense and Harmful Communication on The Internet ?
WADE DIXXON'S actions are just as Offense and Harmful to people, and is Victimizing People, YET they are still able to almost Dominate the Internet in Advertising Themselves.
Banning or Restricting them from the Internet would DEFINITELY eliminate just about ALL of the Harm that they are able to do as a Fradulent Business.
Anyway, IF they are actually properly investigated and become the Defendant of a Class Action Lawsuit or a Business Lawsuit of any kind...I WILL DEFINITELY BE A PART OF FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS FRADULENT AND EVIL CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE THAT IS PASSING ITSELF OFF AS A LEGIT BUSINESS. THEY NOT ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER. BUT THEY MARK UP THEIR PRICES ON THEIR ITEMS.
After resigning myself to the fact that I have lost a pretty good amount of Money being a Victim of Grandtheft Robbery from WADE DIXXON CRIMINAL INC. I decided to settle myself down by going on AMAZON to See just how many of the items that WADE DIXXON was advertising...that could be Found for Sale thru Various Different Vendors who Sell their items thru AMAZON and use PAYPAL or other Insured and Customer Protected Payment Methods.
( By the Way...WADE DIXXON is not a Vendor in AMAZON, and WADE DIXXON does not offer PAYPAL or any other Customer Protected and Insured Method of Payment. I only noticed this VERY TELLING HINT AND SIGNS OF POTENTIAL BAD DEALINGS WITH WADE DIXXON AFTER I HAD ALREADY BEEN DUPED BY THEM ).
Anyway...the Happy ending to my story is that I was able to find 9 of the 12 items that I ordered and did not receive from WADE DIXXON, being sold by 3 other Vendors on AMAZON, and the Prices of EACH ITEM was at least 70.00 Cheaper than WADE DIXXON, and were the SAME EXACT ITEMS.
Well AFTER KICKING MYSELF IN MY OWN BUTT, I went ahead and gave myself a feeling of Vindication, Empowerment and Resolution by ordering every single item thru The AMAZON VENDORS, and I know that whenever I can get around to looking a little harder for the other 3 items...I WILL FIND AND BUY THEM !
My Total Ticket on my Purchase of the items thru Amazon was about 45 percent less than the Amount that I lost thru WADE DIXXON'S Stealing from ME.
Well, I apologize for this rather Lengthy Review, but I felt that I needed to TELL IT ALL IN A FULL STORY, INSTEAD OF CONDENSING IT IN A BRIEF REVIEW.
Beware ! Heed The Warnings from Myself and Every one else here who wrote a review to EXPOSE WADE DIXXON.
ANY Dealings with Them WILL NOT END WELL FOR YOU.
Crying to them won't help You, and Begging Them Will do You no Good.

This company is a fraud, do not order from them. Computer generated responses, package was delivered to another town with a fake picture....they are a scam...stay away, Chinese scam artist
