They arrived on time, without having our other worms run out, (My son ordered the other worms from you. And he left home 3 years ago!)

Thank you for your review. As stated in our email exchange, shared via the order link with clear images showing the correct product and highlighted on the order invoice for your item, you ordered and received Variety Sticks. As you stated in your email, in 2025 you ordered and used our Variety Pellets, but this year you have ordered Variety Sticks. We have clearly stated that we will happily exchange this item once you return this to our warehouse, which has yet to be done. Please get back in touch should you still require this to be exchanged.

I can't vouch personally for how good Walter's mealworms are, but my garden birds can't get enough of them.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the Walters Variety Mix didn’t meet your expectations.
As noted on our product listing, this particular mix is designed to be lightweight, with floating components that are easy for smaller and more delicate fish to digest. That said, we absolutely appreciate your feedback and understand that it may not have been the best fit for your fish.
We’d really value the chance to recommend a more suitable alternative from our range. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch — our team would be happy to help you find a more satisfying option that better suits your fish and feeding goals.
Thank you again for taking the time to leave your comments. We take all feedback seriously and use it to continually improve our products and service.
