Great bags they are constantly, genuinely improving… had a Warranty Claim made in 2013. I forgot about it till now (2025). They honoured it with excellent customer service and no fuss. Superb. Really cool to see a family owned business that stands behind their product like this.

This company has one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The bottom of my DUO packback became unusable after around 2.5 years (the zipper rail ripped off of the fabric). After reaching out to Wandrd's warranty team, they responded within 2 days and immediately offered credit since sadly the DUO is discontinued. Despite this fluke I still believe Wandrd produces great quality products and their care for customers is the cherry on top.

Bought there version 1 Prvke 31L bag and after many years one of the seams ripped open. Their customer service was amazing and issued me their newsy model at no cost! They really stand behind there bags. I will also add that I have 2 other bags from them and have been using them since 2017. They make amazingly designed and quality items. And they are always looking to improve. Can’t recommend them enough!

Bought the PRVKE backpack for my college age son to use for his camera equipment and he loves it. He gets a ton of compliments on it and other photography major students asking where it is from. The zipper broke after 2 years of daily use and WANDRD is replacing the entire backpack as part of their warranty. Super impressed!! Great products and awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using a PRVK 31L pre-2021 model for seven years of heavy use. Recently, it developed a part defect, and the team responded within a day to help with the warranty and get my bag covered. Really efficient service!

I have the PRVKE 31L bag in the last 4 years. I’m using it everyday for photo/video/daily bag. It’s with me all the time. If I wipe it down looks like new with scratches that shows stories. This bag is awesome, once you have it you don’t look further. Quality, usability and style together. It lead me to buy a Veer, Rouge sling 6L and a Tote bag recently. Being in the Wandrd family is an awesome thing. They look after you. Their customer service is second to none. They are going above and beyond to accommodate your queries. I dealt with them twice only in the last 4 years but the results were always outstanding. Thank you Wandrd team for being true to your values. It means a lot to us, creatives.

Quite simply - the best customer service I've experienced.

My story. Ordered product - specifically to carry a 16 " MBP. Product arrived, really liked it, however, it was just too small for intended purpose. Therefore, had to go back.

Package was dutifully dispatched back towards HQ. Time passed, but no update. Then, one day, the package gets returned to me. WTF ! (hopefully that doesn't breach feedback guidelines).

1 single conversation with WANDRD customer services. Full return. Keep the bag. Come back and shop with us again because we've got lots of great products.

Never been that convinced about a brand! I purchased my first Wandrd backpack in 2018 and have been using it almost everyday ever since the past 7 years. It's traveled the entire world with me and flawlessly resisted every single situation I've taken it to. I own a few more different backpacks from the brand and each brilliantly completes a different task it was made for, with a solid built construction and material quality. The design details makes them a dream to use. Plus, the customer service is extremely quick, accommodating and human, which makes the overall brand experience extraordinary. Well done guys, keep your passion going!

I first bought by PRVKE 31L 8 years ago, it's by far the best backpack I have ever owned.
I use it every. single. day.

…and when the main zipper failed after 6 years, the customer service was simply outstanding: the damage was deemed too serious to repair and I was immediately offered a new bag, free of charge. Just like that.

The only complaint I may have is that I would have preferred a repair as it's by far the most environmentally friendly option.

I've had a WANDRD Hexed Duffel for over 3 years now and it's travelled the world with me. Eventually after pretty heavy use there were a couple things that started to go (understandably) and the WANDRD team honoured the warranty incredibly quickly. I've recommended their products to a few friends who have purchased other items and the quality always holds up.

I have a PRVKE 21L and an HEXAD for a couple of years now and they're simply the best backpacks money can buy. The attention to detail and quality of the materials are outstanding. You can't really go wrong with these.

Ich habe mir vor 5 Jahren bereits einen Rucksack gekauft, den PRVKE 31l. Ich habe ihn geliebt. Viel Stauraum, meine Kamera und zwei Objektive waren sehr sicher verstaut und es war eine Menge Platz für Laptop, ein paar Klamotten etc. übrig.
Der Rucksack war immer sehr robust, bis vor kurzem leider der hintere Reißverschluss kaputt ging.
Der Support ist in der Sache echt Mega! Innerhalb weniger Tage hatte ich einen neuen Rucksack zuhause, obwohl es fünf Jahre nach Kauf passiert ist.
Die lebenslange Garantie ist echt Gold wert. Ich musste nur den Versand bezahlen.
Ich kann die Firma nur weiter empfehlen 🤗

I love the quality of this backpack and use it almost daily. After about a year and a half, a zipper on one of the main compartments broke, but the support team was fantastic — they sent me a discount code to order a new backpack. I only had to pay for delivery and received a brand-new one, which is pretty awesome. I’m really happy with both the product and the customer service!

Bag has been amazing since 2021, the original prvke. But unfortunately time in Hong Kong and sun lee to the nylon failing in both back straps. Unusual, sure. Happy to report amazing claims process, super fast response and delivery of a new prvke V3 - free of charge. Thank you to the team. Updated bag works great, and good here was minimal downtime.

I bought my PRVKE back in 2018, right after the Kickstarter launch, and it’s been my go-to bag ever since. I’ve used it for professional photo and video work in Hawaii, and it’s traveled with me across multiple countries as my carry-on — holding laptops, camera gear, extra clothes, and all the essentials perfectly.

The size is ideal, and the roll-top design is one of my favorite features — super versatile for expanding storage or clipping on extra gear when needed. The camera access hatch on the side makes it ideal for on location shooting and weather ( for us at the volcanos) situations as well.

After seven years of heavy use, the coating along the zippers started to fray and leave residue. I submitted a warranty claim, and within 24 hours WANDRD had a replacement bag on the way. I only had to cover minimal shipping — incredible customer service and support.

It’s rare to see a product hold up this well for so long, and even rarer to see a company stand behind it like this. Huge thumbs up to WANDRD.
