关于 BVI 的开户流程，我们完全理解您对周期拉长的不满。正如您所提到的，您最开始下单的是 Bison Bank。但在您提交申请后不久，Bison 因内部合规架构整改，暂停了所有新开户申请，而且暂停时间不明确，是面向所有服务商的统一措施。直到目前，银行依然没有提供恢复时间表。
Regarding the BVI bank account opening, we fully understand your frustration with the extended timeline. As you mentioned, your first order was for Bison Bank. Shortly after your submission, however, Bison initiated an internal compliance restructuring and suspended all new onboarding applications. This suspension applied uniformly to all service providers, and to this day, the bank has not provided a clear timeframe for resuming its onboarding operations.

由于 Bison 的开户遥遥无期，您后来选择再次下单开设 FV Bank 的账户。我们团队也第一时间跟进、推进 FV 的流程，最终在 11 月 20 日 顺利完成开户，使您的业务能够正常开展。
Since the Bison onboarding showed no signs of progress, you later placed a second order to open an account with FV Bank. Our team immediately followed up and pushed the FV process forward, and we were glad to see the account successfully approved on 20 November, allowing your business to continue operating smoothly.

目前，Bison 的申请仍在银行暂停状态，原因完全来自银行内部的合规整顿，而非任何服务商所能控制。我们也会继续密切关注，并在银行恢复开户后第一时间通知您。
At present, the Bison application remains on hold due to the bank’s internal compliance freeze—an issue originating entirely from the bank and outside the control of any service provider. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and notify you as soon as Bison resumes its onboarding services.
