Really efficient two-man team, friendly and helpful. Got the job done. Also packed many of the boxes into a loft on the other end and again was all done with no problem. Second move with them now and great both times.

To facilitate renovation of our home we've moved all our furniture into storage. This company's lorries claim "We remove everything....even worry". But they didn't.

The crew of four rowed amongst themselves. We're pretty sure a small porcelain item was broken during packing - but nothing was admitted, which would have been accepted.
They couldn't wait to get away after five hours and left leaving an entire wardrobe of my clothes untouched.

No follow up. Even when politely invited by email to phone and hear some honest feedback, the offer has been passed up with no response.

from the start of the process ( contacting your staff to arrange a visit to lead to a quotation - I cannot remember the young lady's name) through the visit itself, the booking process, the emptying of our Fulham flat and its delivery to our house in Edinburgh, I have nothing but the warmest praise for the way it was all handled. The packing up was meticulously handled, likewise the offloading and minor changes to our requirements were always dealt with willingly. A wonderful calming experience in what I know is a stressful exercise.

AWT have been storing furniture and books for several years and I was delighted that they were all returned in mint condition. The team were able to rebuild a very large wooden shelving unit that a previous team had dismantled to take away, without plans and with a minimum of fuss. Very positive experience.

We had to book a removal at relatively short notice with some uncertainty around the removal date. Anthony Ward Thomas was responsive (another company didn't even bother returning calls or responding to emails) and they were flexible with the date by which we needed to provide final confirmation. Megan's communication about the move was impeccable: timely, friendly and professional. The move itself went smoothly as well.

Split my house move into two move trips with Anthony ward. Both trips were with different teams, one with Aussie and one with Anthony ward. (Same owner / company). Teams on both occasions were friendly, careful and did a very good job

Ward Thomas’s have moved us 3 times in the past few years. The service has been outstanding, all the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Moving can be a stressful job but with Ward Thomas all of the stress is removed. I can not recommend them more highly. Fantastic company, dealt with Charlie regarding the move and he clearly has exceptional knowledge about removals. Will definitely be using them again for our next move! Simply a brilliant company!
