The support team is terrible—they take days to respond to tickets and never issue refunds. The servers are extremely slow, with awful upload/download speeds. Definitely do not recommend. 1/10.

No good don’t buy

We paid over $200, and their support team only dealt with us until they received the money. We explained our project, and they assured us that this server would definitely be successful. We set up and launched the project, but unfortunately, their servers were slow. They acknowledged this and refused our refund request. They admit to having bad servers, but they took our money and there's no refund. Think twice before buying from them.

Very disappointed by the performance of the server - constant problems. Have never experienced this with a host before. First, cpanel could not be installed - Ubuntu doesnt work, Alma linux blocks everything (according to support). Only option is CentOS and this will be discontinued soon :D In the end they managed after 3 days to to install cpanel on Linux through trial and error. after which there were constant bugs and errors. Server was shutting down constantly blocking processes. From what I understood their servers' hypervisor is badly supported. I was recommended by my back end dev to simply let them go and proceed with a serious host. Which I did and found a great option. 70 US lost but could have been 800 if I had paid for a year. Unlike others, support does not refund once you find their infrastructure sucks. Despite you having bought it for 4 days and being unable to use it. So if you wanna go with them, go with the cheapest option in case it doesnt suit your needs.
