My order was delivered to the wrong house by Fed Ex. Warmies had the correct address on the package so this wasn't their fault. I reached out to Warmies to report the issue and was told to wait 2-3 days before contacting them again because their record showed that it was delivered. I reiterated that the delivery was made to the wrong house (I had a pic from Fed Ex of the front door where they delivered it). The response again from Warmies was "I understand that, again as mentioned there time that the courier is tagged as delivered but not actually delivered. We really apologize for the inconvenience and we are asking to wait for 2-3 business days. If still didn't received please get back to us so we can provide the best possible solution." I felt like they were blowing me off. The following morning, I went from neighbor to neighbor hoping to find my package. I finally found it. When I opened the package, both of the warmies had simply been placed in the cardboard box. No plastic or protection of any kind on the warmies. It had snowed heavily the night before and the box was wet. The warmies were wet but salvageable. I won't do business with Warmies again due to this poor experience.

I purchased 3 Warmies for gifts, and everyone loves them! I purchased one for someone on the spectrum, and they use it often. Warmies are so soft and slightly weighted, and smell lovely. I have not had this issue, but it’s recommended to ensure your microwave is clean before heating as it can cause unpleasant scents on your Warmie. Great for a number of conditions or just to cuddle.

They make a lovely product! I am very impressed with their quality, but even more so with their customer service. They took care of my problem and went above and beyond my expectations. Great job guys!

3 days old and sewn back came open! Bad craftsmanship! China CRAP! Lies! Tag states "Assembled in USA" NOT! Illegal to state that! Crap! Do t buy!

Bought a couple of XL jackets they arrived yesterday.
I immediately tried on XL jacket which was tiny and did not fit.
I wrote to company who basically told me it was my fault. I asked several times for return label.
I believe the owner replied they would check there return policy and let me know.
This was completely un acceptable,
I wrote back that I would be dispute charges with my bank who hopefully can get me a refund.
Company owner replied they will wait to hear from my bank.
Very disappointed with the owner Amanda Lawi who in my opinion has terrible customer service skills. Even though from what u found out she is an attorney.
Shame on your company and you please treat your customers better

Terrible customer service. My order was made 8 days ago and it has still not shipped, but they refuse to cancel the order. They also do not issue full refunds for returns. I had to buy another gift since this will not arrive in time, so I guess I will have to donate it. Impossible to talk to a human, all AI bots.

I ordered a weighted plush and it never came. Also, the company keeps sending me promotional texts from different numbers, even though every time they text me I block the number and report it as junk.

I've purchased three Warmies from this company, and I have to say these toys are well made, tough enough for a child to sleep with at night and they still look good two years later. Body heat alone makes them warm enough and comforting. Just bought another one for a new little family member.

The Warmie had a burned smell after 60 seconds. I contacted customer and at first, the couldn’t help me. The representative said she could offer a 25% discount, but she ended up not being able to offer it on a new order that had just been made. She said she could cancel the new order, but couldn’t.
Warmies reached out further and did help correct the problem. I do appreciate Warmies making it right.

Really cute stuffed animals that come in many varieties and responsive customer service.

The shipping was super quick and I couldn’t be happier with my little opossum! He’s super soft and smells absolutely wonderful :) The pricing isn’t bad either, I definitely recommend buying from them if you are on the fence.

Absolutely adorable. My daughter loves the sloths. They smell amazing and are quite possibly the cutest stuffies she has.

My granddaughter loves her raccoon! She said that it's perfect.
Her gift arrived a day earlier than expected. The raccoon has now become a part of her bedtime routine. While she brushes her teeth, her mom warms up the raccoon, and she snuggles it all night.

The warmies only smelled good for one warm up in the microwave. Then it started to smell bad.

Grandkids loved their Warmies gifts, they arrived on time and were exactly as described … this Easter we added three more Warmies to their collection and I’m already getting ready to order a couple more for the next birthday … i actually wish you would stop coming up with such cute gifts, I’m going broke, but still love your products.

I bought the warmer slippers. The biggest disappointment ever. I was told that the sole was made with memory foam. Well, they did not remember to put it in there. It was basically a piece of cardboard on the bottom. And the top was just this poof of rice or whatever is used. I have bought tons of the animals and they never disappoint. But the slippers are a huge miss! And when I talked to customer services they were just like-- sorry you didn't like them. They are not made to be comfortable....what???
These either need re-designed, or the description should read-- Not for comfort--

Well, this time it was getting a third Warmie for free. But regardless of that, I always buy a Warmie for a friend, relative or neighbor who has just had a baby. There are so many to choose from which can make it difficult. I love them all and some of the kiddos will not go to sleep without them. On the downside, I never heat them in the microwave when the kids are watching or present for fear that they would believe it’s ok to put a real pet in there! Just me.

The product was just as described, arrived in great condition, shipping was prompt and all the information was accessible and provided on time.

Got the Blue Monster for my Grandson. He is almost 9 months old. He loves it. He likes that weight of it as well. Great product!
