Aneesah was great. Very friendly, and helpful. Put me at ease when I was stressed about the transaction. An amazing asset to the company.

On hold for 1 hour and 10 mins without speaking to anyone and then they just hung up. Still haven't managed to speak to anyone. Quick to take your money but not quick to help. Don't even deserve one star

I spoke to Aneesah earlier about my car warranty and servicing policies and she couldn't of been more helpful and polite.

I was contacted more as a courtesy when I had purchased my car by the lovely Aneesah.

She didn't bombard me like a robot with sales talk or scare tactics, she was polite and very friendly whilst explaining simply what they were providing without any pressure. I was interested after the conversation yet I was unable to proceed right away due to timing and Aneesah was understanding and offered to call me back when it was more convenient for me, which she did. I admit I had to keep pushing back the call however she was still polite and supportive and had gone out of her way to ensure the original prices she had given me hadn't changed after they had a change of system. The warranty seems like a good deal and the service plan also sparked my interest, and explained fully having been done at a local garage after moving away from my original purchase place.

Overall despite it being the start of my interaction for warranties UK I've got my policy documents straight away with a good affordable deal and Aneesah has been very supportive and patient explaining that should there be an issue with the car to contact her and it will be sorted directly, not going through a wave of automated systems, delaying the whole process. Thank you.

Ive had nothing but good service with car loans UK and john mcloughlin especially never more than a phone call away and has put any worries ive had to bed. 10/10

John mcloughlin went above and beyond for me, there was a delay with final payment, due to some paperwork. But he made me feel he had it under control and contacted relevant people to make sure the payment went through.

Aneesah from warrenty was absolutely great, she was very calm and reassuring, she was more than helpful and informative about the services. Her customer service skills were excellent.

I was really worried about getting a service today, but Aneesha was really helpful. She was really polite and explained everything in great detail.
