I had three items removed this morning and what a breeze. Two sofas and a large footstool.
The whole process from finding someone to take these items was easy. The explanation of what they do with suitable furniture was the deciding factor for me. If the items are suitable, they are offered to charities or if not, disposed of properly. The online pricing and booking was also easy but I had conversations with Andrew to answer a query and finalise things which was refreshing in this modern 'hands off' remote world we often find ourselves in.
The costings were very competitive. The collection was made, everyone was very polite, as I had experienced on the telephone and the job was done. Speed and efficiency made it a simple transaction. I would easily recommend their service to anyone based on my experience.

sorted out an issue with some old oversized armchair/sofa quickly efficiently and effectively ,both our items were then passed on to new homes so fantastic experience overall

Andy & Andy are two friendly yet highly professional gentlemen from “Waste-Not” whom I met in a time of need.

I had accumulated too much junk in the house, garden, and shed that I needed to get rid of. The Birmingham City Council turned out to be more expensive than I expected, with restrictions on what they would take, as well as limitations on quantities and collection dates. Other waste collection businesses were charging two or even three times what “Waste Not” charges.

Being able to clear out what was holding me back not only inspired a fresh start, free from the burden of clutter, but it also increased the value of my property—all at an affordable price, which is fantastic.

I rate “Waste-Not” 10/10 and highly recommend them to anyone looking to clear out their current home or a newly purchased property.

I used Waste Not to clear my late mothers house this morning knowing that she would have wanted anything of use to be donated to charity. Everything about this company is exemplary ,from the initial quote from Mark to the heavy work carried out by the two Andy"s everything was not only highly professional but also sympathetically done. A few hours after the van left the house Mark relayed a message of thanks from a hospice which had taken some of my mum"s belongings which was above and beyond expectation but so nice to hear. Superb.

I used waste not to clear my late grandmothers house. Everything about the service has been exceptional and I can’t thank Andy and Andy enough. They removed over two tonnes of stuff including from a loft and cellar in a matter of hours and were super kind, polite and careful throughout. Great communication, lovely guys, nothing was too much trouble, can’t recommend them enough and will be using them in future if need anything removing again.
