This company is a scam! They sell watches that won’t last a year much less 6 months! The communication is lazy and they lie about their quality. I would give zero stars! They don’t stand behind their master quality allegedly and will start delaying and making excuses when you ask direct questions

I purchased a watch and unfortunately it quit working after a few weeks. After troubleshooting with customer service, I was sent a brand new replacement watch at no charge. This customer service went above and beyond in order to make sure I was a happy customer!

If I could give it zero I would. They sent me a broken watch. Paid $600 and they expected me to bring it to repair shop to have it fixed. Buyer beware.

Received my second watch from Watchtrendz. It is even better than the first. Their customer service is excellent and answers all your questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

The quality is horrible!!!!!!! The clasp won’t stay closed. It's so annoying and a waste of money. I got this watch December, 1 week later when I went to wear it I noticed it wouldn’t stay closed and reported it to the seller immediately Here we are , 2 months later the seller says they’ll send me a new band which I have to figure out how to replace and I’m not good with putting things together. Hopefully it’s easy to do. If not I will request a full refund.

Absolutely LOVE my Cartier Panthere watch. Amazing quality, beautiful and perfect yellow gold tone, the gold tone is literally the exact same shade of gold as my authentic Cartier small love ring. This watch was made perfectly perfect. Thank you WatchTrendz for always delivering a perfect product. :)

Received my rep watch it was such high quality you cannot tell the difference between that and the authentic from the look of it. Packaging was really nicely done. I can’t believe the amount of paper and booklets it came with. They also gave me a free bracelet which I really liked!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! Placing my order was easy and they ensured that everything was perfect. Communication was easy and prompt. My Love Unlimited bracelet came quickly and is absolutely stunning! And there was also a lovely surprise tennis bracelet included in my order. I will definitely be ordering more soon!

False advertising!!
Watch trendz announced on December 5th, 40%off, free express shipping arriving before Xmas with a free luxury bracelet. I ordered that same day. When they sent me a picture/video of my items im purchasing i asked what bracelet I would receive. Their response was "Yess just up to 30% off
You got 40% off
You got extra discount also
So no free gift"
What? I sent screenshots back of what they sent out and they avoid my questions. My item had a shipping label created on December 20th, fifteen days after I ordered. I do not reccomend ordering with such false advertising. I will be posting this on all groups that reference watch trends with screenshots!

Wow, this watch is beautiful! It’s nicely packaged and secure. I’m so impressed we the quality of the product and most importantly the top notch customer service!
