Water+Oak Outdoor Company Reviews

Found water&oak had best price on item I was looking for. Ordered and received great communication and rapid delivery. I would not hesitate to buy from again. Thanks!

What a great shop and staff. Super friendly and helpful. No issues ordering or with shipping, and it even arrived early. Thanks for the great shopping experience.

Everything packaged and shipped safely and quickly for a prompt delivery. The products exactly as described..These will make a useful addition to my camping experience..

Low quality, seemingly knock-off Levi’s. They wouldn’t let me return because they were supposedly 70% 🤔 off. Also, they let me buy my own label and go through with the return (spending $8) to confirm once they got there that they were not returnable. Shouldn’t that have been flagged when I requested to return? Never again.

Great competitive price, good quality item, fast service

Great service and prices. Wanted same daypack in blue and red for two brothers. Water and Oak had both in stock. They shipped quickly in time for a birthday gift.

I bought these as a gift. The company contacted me because my shipping address was different than billing address. They just wanted to confirm. I called my son to let him know a package was coming and it had already arrived!! He was actually wearing them when I called. He loves these shorts.

Got my item very quickly. Couldn't be happier

Great products, fast shipping and excellent prices. Thanks!

I was incredibly impressed with Water and Oak. The backpack that I ordered was delivered in just a few days. When I decided that I had ordered the wrong size and had to return the pack, the process was seamless. I called to make sure I understood how to send it back and the customer service was fantastic. I only wish there was a Water and Oak in Phoenix!

Great service! I ordered several things from Water & Oak's clearance and they were all shipped right away and got to me quickly.

Very thorough as my address was slightly different than my card and so they called to verify. Quick shipping.

Best price anywhere on Salomon hiking boots! I received the boots in only a couple of days! They are my new favorite. I would definitely order again.

Excellent experience! The jacket I ordered was nicely prepared for shipping, it arrived when expected and the product is high quality. Thank you!
