Good product and works really well and has helped prevent damage from. Bird lime and bug splatter as doesn't adhere to the vehicle so impressed.

Avoid for all costs

Avoid for all costs, purchased dashboard camera which delivered to wrong place by Evry courier. Shop doesn't care and didn't receive any help from them. Will never recommend or buy anything from them. Avoid if you want keep your money save. Purchased from popular Shop app, which doesn't even track properly your order. AVOID!!!!!

Scam of a company

Ordered a dash cam before Christmas waited a week and finally received it today!

Now to the funny part…. I open the box and there is only a car charger and camera mount and user manual in the box there is NO DASHCAM and NO 32GB MEMORY card. Like is this some sort of joke. I have emailed the company and I expect a full refund for this sham of a service otherwise I’m doing a chargeback with my bank.

EDIT… this company have now emailed me back saying they would refund me £22 although I paid £35 and I can keep the product…WHAT PRODUCT? I basically received an empty box and I have to lose £13 for that. If they don’t refund my full money I’ll report to my bank as this is clearly a scam

Order a dash cam charged up for a full…day for it to last 30 minutes. Similar to other negative feedback got nowhere fast.

Order a dash cam charged up for a full day for it to last 20mins. Customer service not the best similar to the guy who uploaded his response about costing to much to retire. I got same reply word for word.
It's a shame because I see some good reviews. However when things don't go according to their plan they have no sympathy for anyone.
I'll not be using them again unless my issue gets resolved then I will edit this.
Not holding my breath.
So all I can say is avoid avoid avoid

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I reported a wrong order, I ordered 2 x wireless dash cams, they sent me 1 x wired dash cam, I emailed them and immediately a representative named Grace contacted me, she asked for the usual information, (proof of purchase, photos of product), I provided all she asked for then nothing, I have repeatedly tried to contact them but nothing, no offers of refund or replacement items.

Actually, if you return it to us without any quality problem ,you should pay for the shipping ,it is not worth to do that. Maybe you not satisfied with it,maybe you can send it to others as a holiday gift.

How about we provide 20% store voucher to you that you can use it purchase anything in our store without returning,you can keep it . Is that OK?

Dashcam received part missing

Received item ordered dash cam part missing contacted wateraup set photos that they asked for,they replied Will send replacement give them 3 to 5 days to send tracking order,if I don't receive one contact them again which I did.now after about 13 more emails all they keep saying is parcel delivered.yes the first one was but not the replacement

I don’t recommend this company to…

I don’t recommend this company to anyone because is fake I don’t know who’s let them do business .I ordered dashcam on the 13 November and they said in 48 hours do it dispatch .I received the order after 14 days and order was wrong i did try contact them no answer i want to return don’t do respond after 3 days emailing them give me offer refund £18 this is joke if you order something from them you can’t return or refund from them you lose your money.
