Just noticed 3 fraudulent charges on my credit card from Virality Gifts. No way of contacting them. My bank will be investigating

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are dishonest and deceitful .. checkout says one thing then they take 3 completely different amount out of your credit card.

Ordered 2 months ago. Can't find anything on tracking my order. Do NOT believe the American flag on the ad, ships from China. I find it very hard to believe this company has won any awards for customer service. Save your money. This ad is full of lies.

Nearly 60days after ordering I still have not received the goods. When I spoke to royal mail to find out why they have not made it beyond airport post in UK I was told they gave most likely been refused by customs. Watersocks have refused to refund me until they receive goods back which I suspect is highly unlikely!

Buyer Beware! I put a color in the cart and the price was more than advertised so I deleted it and chose another color. The order went through for the deleted color anyway. So I was charged for another pair. It's designed to charge you for everything that you put in the cart. If you remove anything because you've changed your color, size, amount, it will still place the order. I emailed the company to cancel and reverse the charge and they said they cannot refund because the order went through already. A sure fire SCAM!! PASS ON THIS COMPANY! Then to add insult to the injury...they sent the wrong color. These watersocks are trash, cheap, and the chemical smells are awful. A BIG FAT -F RATING!!!

Ordered 6 pairs haven’t opened yet but very careful as I also had to pay a custom charge of £12, company response was to read the government’s website

I paid for VIP shipping (3-7days).
I placed order on 04/09
It was shipped on 11/09

Sent an email last week to ask where they were and got this response
"Do not worry, as long as it says in your order that it will be VIP shipping, it shall be fine"

It's 29/09 And I still haven't received it yet.

Extremely disappointed as we were going to use them this weekend during our time away~

I ordered the product 4 weeks ago. Still cant track the socks and no return to my email.

DON'T ORDER - SAVE YOU MONEY.... First off they got the wrong size for me and then the right size for my husband - which didn't fit. Smelled so back had to throw them out right a way. SO CHEAPLY MADE I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. No way to return them. Had to eat the money. Know who you order from and don't order from CHINA EVER.... KEEP IT IN THE USA and know your getting a great product.

So I got partway through ordering (cc info entered) and saw the price of shipping for sooner than a month out. I needed something sooner so I closed the browser. 15 minutes later, I get an email saying they've processed my order. I return email them to cancel and they say ok my money will be back in 7-10 business days. I email a second customer service on the site to cover my bases while waiting to hear back from the first - they eventually email say it can't be canceled because it's already processed and shipped. A month later they show up from China. They smell so horribly of chemicals it gave my mom an asthma attack, they are pretty much shapeless like the cheap slipper socks at Christmas, and the sole isn't even rubber like the pictures on the site - it's cloth with those stupid little bumps... like the cheap slipper socks at Christmas.
Horrible product, horrible company. If I could give it a zero I would.

I ordered 7 pairs, different sizes, and colors. I paid for express shipping which was supposed to have been 6 days, it took 4 weeks. Upon receiving them, 2 of them were xl are w/heavy rubber bottoms, the other 4 which should have been different sized for kids and adults are all same size and really cheap material on the bottom. I would never recommend these,I spent over $60. and they came from China, just all around cheap! go to Kmart and get the real thing!!!

One day the kids wore them, the bottoms are full of holes. Trash, don’t waste your money!

I honestly can't say whether or not this company is legit. I DO know that they want my credit card numbers before telling me the cost of shipping and that is a huge red flag. At the bottom of their advertising page is the name Virality gifts. A search of that name turns up negative review from ScamAdvisor. I wouldn't shop here.
