I am very disappointed that, despite my numerous emails to Mr Shah Ali, I have not received any response. This is a total disregard for a client who paid fees.

I’ve been involved in residential and commercial property, leasing, buying and selling for over 25 years, and I can honestly say Jasmine has been absolutely brilliant throughout.

The quickest conveyancing transaction I had previously experienced took around a week, but Jasmine managed to complete this one in just 3 days, making it by far the quickest and most efficient transaction I’ve dealt with.

She was proactive, reliable, highly professional and always had my best interests at heart. Communication was outstanding from start to finish — Jasmine kept me updated throughout the entire process and was even dealing with matters well into the evening to ensure everything progressed smoothly.

After dealing with many solicitors over the years, her level of efficiency, commitment and professionalism genuinely stood out. Moving forward, I’ll definitely be using Jasmine again and will also be referring my associates and contacts over to her without hesitation.

I would not advise hiring Waterstone legal.

We are currently dealing with one of their paralegals (Nithi Kumar) in a property transaction and the experience has unfortunately been painful. Emails are written in garbled english that would not pass primary school, which is of course unacceptably unprofessional for anything legal, and progress is generally slow and stumbling without any clear indication that deadlines matter or that care is being taken with vital forms.

For example, we were handed a binding document to sign in which the name of the *client* of Waterstone was written incorrectly AND the price of the transaction was wildly off (!)

Overall, it is clear that Waterstone are happy to hand over important transactions to paralegals with no proper experience. In this regard, they fail in their duty to supervise junior staff, leading to unacceptable delays and confusion.

With a vital deadline, Waterstone are also providing totally unreachable by anyone involved, which is just the icing on the cake. Would you want that sort of service, having hired them?

It should not be up to clients to do the quality control checks for the very firms acting on their behalf, but that is apparently what it takes to get something done properly with Waterstone.

Honey Shakeri has been very supportive and patient throughout my buying and purchasing journey, kept me updated and also really fast on replying on my emails and calls.

She made the journey stressless and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

Now sold 4 properties through Waterstone legal. I would use them again without hesitation. Good service at a reasonable price and someone always available to talk to which is fairly uncommon for solicitors.
