Athletic Club get a Good Deal!
We are a medium sized athletic club who are also a Charity and as such, as Treasurer, I constantly look for ways to save money, all of which I explained to Afaq when he got in touch with me to discuss the Gas and Electricity prices for our clubhouse when our present contract ends next year.
He was extremely sympathetic and supportive to my request to try and get me the best deal possible deal for the next few years, which he did! and dealt with all the necessary paperwork in an efficient and timely manner.
I thanked him very much for his efforts which were extremely appreciated by myself and my Club Committee!

Straight forward dealings
Straight forward dealings, they sorted everything out, ive done 2 seperate business contracts with them now.
Marnie was brilliant, will definitely be ringing her again when the next contract is due for renewal and will be recommending her my family.

Timely and professional service
Watt Utilities contacted us to forewarn us that our existing supplier intended to increase our costs by a significant percentage and they had already checked the market for us and found six better options, the best of which will actually decrease our cost. We are a small company and we don't have the time or expertise to do this for ourselves so we really appreciate the service.

Confusing throughout...
Dealing with this company has been very stressful, asI was geting phone calls from other companies all at the same time, so there were times when I wasn't sure who I was dealing with and who our contract was through.
In the end I had to negotiate a better deal than was being offered as Eon was offering something better directly. I am relieved that our new contract is for three years so I will not have to deal with any of these companies for many years.
Even now I believe my contract to be with Bionic & NOT Watt Utilities.

Can't do their job
Can't do their job.
In March 2026, signed a contract through them for a renewal contract with EON-Next. That was never done. EON-Next never received the contract. 29 July 2026 Signed another contract throught then with YU-Energy. Received an email from EON-Next saying thank you for not leaving; thought this was for the meter not being used. Left a message with someone. Still no reply. Went to give meter readings to them today. 17 Aug 2026. Was told the contract had been cancelled and to contact them. Still can't get through to customer service. Will never use again.
