A complete ripoff. I should have came here 1st. My dear friend sent me a link for a birthday gift for her which I bought without researching. Pictures NOWHERE NEAR described the product sent. A complete ripoff that I regret falling for. Hard to contact them. Many promises of customer satifsfaction guarantees but all just words on their website.

I feel that they misrepresent everyone, false advertising and price gouging us.
I recd 3 pieces in a bag, supposedly their box? WTF?

I had ordered fig sesame it was a horror. I paid almost $60 and got 8 piece packed in small plastic bag. This is a SCAM. I wrote for return they replied in Chinese language.

This website is a scam. I ordered a box of Fig + Walnut, paid $55.40 for the order and 9 days later l got a small box with four small wraps of what looked like decayed fig tats. I sent several emails to this people but their response was to send me another email address. I sent email to this other address but they didn't even bother to respond inspite of the fact that l accused them of being fraudulent and that l will write a bad review. This company is obviously scamming people and they are still allowed to advertise on YouTube and other platforms.

China scam! China scam! Total scam! Do NOT bother!!! I paid $39 for two orders they charged me double the $39 and I finally received four small pieces in a tiny box from Alice in Melrose Park Illinois with no last name, with no Customer Service number and no Customer Service they do not respond to email and my email request was rejected as undeliverable!!!! China scam! Never trust anybody or anything from evil China!!!

This is a complete sham.Do NOT order anything from these people. Never received my package, no acknowledgment and no response. What a bunch of crooks. How do we do something about this? They need to be taken off the infomercials people are trying to get well and these are a bunch of thugs out here lying, and cheating and stealing.

Watteimall Team advertisement is false. I paid $39 for only 5 bars, the size of 1.25 inch X 1 inch. The walnut pies were very very dry and no moisture even though they were sealed. Not really sure how long this product was packaged before sending. No expiration date or create date on product.
I was willing to try the product because I know companies need support but this company intentionally took advantage of customers. This makes it really bad for those trying to get started.

For those who read this review just contact your credit card company and dispute before opening up product.

This is ridiculous!! Don't make the same mistake I did. I purchased this: Fig and Walnut Cake: Regulate metabolism in 7 days. 98% of users see a reduction in both blood sugar and blood pressure!
It finally came in several weeks late and to my surprise, a tiny little box arrived with 6 little pieces about 1"x1". Honestly, this is a rip-off! I don't even want to try it. It's been in transit for almost two months...

Total Scammers, ordered black sesame cranberry fig pies. Was led to believe the order would contain 4 boxes for $58.00. Got 1 box with 4 pkgs each containing 4 of the "pies". A total of 16, 1" x 1 1/2" little pie like portions. Total rip off. Buyer beware, do not order from them. Rip off

As a consumer YouTube should protect the consumer a lot better. as a customer of YouTube, they should not allow companies like this on the platform. I trust YouTube, but never again. This company is definitely a scam and advertise false advertising. We need to band together as consumers and hold YouTube responsible for this horrible product. watch this thieves watteimall. i paid $40.00 for 4 box of fig bars .after long shipping time . i did not belive my eyes .i got small box with 4 fig bars very small not look like on adv on youtube atall.this is a scam and criminals and misleading honest buyers .they real blood suckers.

I paid A$68 dollars for a sizable two packets of the product as advertised. I got 4 tiny pieces of an Inferior product weighing 100g, nothing like the advertisement. The advertisement is very misleading, and it should be banned in Australia.
The delivery was also very disappointing. They threw the packet on the driveway in the rain instead of putting it under the eaves in front of the door.
This is a scam, and please do not fall for it. Check and review before anyone orders it.

What is really bad, is that YouTube continues to advertise from this company knowing it is a scam

I was waiting for an alert of its arrival & it never came. I never received my 4 purchased fig bags only to find out its a scam. Hassling with PayPal for a refund.

I purchased online an order of the fig bars and haven’t received them yet they advertise them all the time on YouTube

I can’t find the Customer service information to lodge my complaint. I received my walnut, cranberry, black something fig bars 4-days ago line the other person who complained about spending $34. for 6-disgusting bars that came from the same batch, but I paid $60 for 15.5 small rectangles of what must have been last years batch. The three I attempted to eat from bag 1294348-6608630 were not golden and moist, they were brown and dry. When can I get a new fresh batch, rhese are really bad.

I guess I should be complaining on YouTube because that is where I saw the advertisement for what looked to be something really delicious.

Do not order these fake fig bars, please
If I could give this a zero, no stars, I would do it. I just got this order in the mail and I am so upset not only. Did they not give the amount of fake bars that they advertised that’s supposed to be fig bars they also did not give the appearance of the fig bars that they advertised and I am going to report this every place I can. I want a refund and I’m not gonna stop till I get it. I want to upload some pictures so you could see this disgusting product. The four bars that they sent me. It’s a complete joke and a complete scam. They complete rip off.!!!!!!!
