Watt Solar Solution Limited Reviews

The whole team at Watt Solar were fantastic from beginning to end. From quote to installation the service was 5* and we’re really happy with our Solar package (Panels & 10Kw battery). Would highly recommend to anyone interested in installing Solar.

Watt Solar Solution were amazing!

The team turned up on time. They were clean and tidy - the area was actually cleaner than when they started.

From quote to completion, the whole process was seamless. They were recommended to me by a friend and I'd recommend them to everyone too.

Really pleased with my solar system installation. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing. They were professional, tidy and respectful of the property throughout the installation. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was completed quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the finished system and would happily recommend them.

Always been interested in Solar, but hadn't had the courage to commit.
From my first conversation with Matt, there was no hard sell, just facts easy to understand and relate to.
Everything went to plan with an absolutely great set of lads...all considerate, friendly and professional in every sense.
What an amazing outcome. I am delighted.
Price was best price too!!
I would highly recommend.

Matt and his team did a great job fitting the Sigenergy system at my house. The scaffolding went up one day and the next day the team arrived and by the end of the day the system was up and running. Matt then sorted out all the admin required to allow me to sell energy back to the grid. All in all a great service provided by a great team.

From first contact through to the finished project the whole team have been fantastic.

Matt and Tom were always available to answer any questions.

The installation team were very professional, and explained everything along the way. Also very tidy throughout the installation with nothing left behind when they were finished.

I had four quotes, all very similar pricing, but felt comfortable from day one that they would supply the right equipment and do a good job, I was not disappointed

Would thoroughly recommend them

Excellent experience with Watt Solar Solution Ltd in delivering our 42 kW solar system for York Mosque and Islamic Centre.

We received five quotations, and Watt Solar Solution offered the best price and overall value, together with excellent after-sales support. The quality of the installation and documentation was to a very high standard, and the project was delivered and installed efficiently.

A big thank you to Matt, Tom, James, and the wider team. They were professional, friendly, approachable, flexible, and very supportive throughout the whole project. Communication was excellent, and they handled our requests quickly and positively.

Excellent service from quotation through to installation and handover. Highly recommended for any solar project.

Professional and knowledgeable service. Always contactable and took time to explain the process involved. The installation of the solar panels and battery was straightforward and was quick. The site was left clean and tidy. Any questions or issues we've had afterwards have always been answered and resolved.

From my initial contact right through to the job being completed, everything was absolutely spot on! They turned up exactly on the days they said they would, and the lads were fantastic — friendly, professional and worked really hard to get everything completed within the agreed timeframe.

Tom and Matt, the owners, were brilliant throughout. They were both really helpful, approachable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted, including setting the app up for me.

I honestly couldn’t fault the service from start to finish and would 100% recommend Tom, Matt and the team to anyone. Great service, great lads and a job well done! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The whole team were just amazing!
Re Service - 1st class
Re Pricing - best quote out of 4
Re Payment - no deposit required, 100% on completion
Re After service - above and beyond! (A special massive thank you to James.)
We would have no hesitation to recommending this company/team to supply & install your Solar panels / battery choice. Well done guys!

Excellent service from quoting to installation. I had quotes from seven companies and there are a lot of them that talked rubbish. Tom said it as it was and then followed up with an excellent price. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Matt and his team were great from start to finish, installation was seamless, and system now running spot on.

Had a few problems getting the app to stay connected, but with some help from the team we sorted it.

From start to finish, comms has been excellent, from initial quote, getting the right spec, updates on install date, through to talking me through the app, first class.

Quality of work is excellent, system looks great, and they left the job as tidy as it was before.

All in all, it felt like the team cared, and were committed to doing the best job they can. Cant recommend enough 5*.

Matt and the team were a pleasure to deal with. They installed a 70kW system with battery storage which went incredibly smoothly and the system has already started saving us money off our bills.

Matt, Tom, James and team provided a top class service, from initial query through to installation and beyond.

We had about 6 different quotes and was starting to feel like I was speed dating! But then in walked Matt with his no nonsense, honest approach and we knew we were choosing What Solar Solution.

They’ve designed a system fit for our use, and we always have the option of adding on in the future, but makes sense to start out with the size recommended and see how we go.

Matt is going to check in on the system in the winter, and let us know if we need to add another battery.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt and his team, very friendly, professional, knowledgable and even cleared out our gutters whislt he was up there!

Couldn’t ask for more. Now looking forward to getting the export MPAN set up, so we can get paid for our excess.

Thank you again to Watt Solar Solution!

It's been 4 months now since we had the solar installed. We are now exporting surplus to the grid. We did go for several quotes before choosing Watt Solar, and were very apprehensive, but now at this stage we are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Watt Solar. We have needed to get in touch with Tom on a number of occasions and the phone has always been answered. Very positive experience!!

Initially I was concerned about getting an installer I could trust to do a good job
Having spoken to Tom from watt solar Solutions Ltd he put me at ease and answered all my questions so felt confident to go with them for the job
They sorted all the paperwork to go ahead
getting permission from the grid etc
On the day of installation all went really smoothly by two co workers who carried out all the work quickly and efficiently and completed the job in two days, which I thought was amazing
Now two weeks on from installation, everything is working exactly how they explained it would And we are quite happy with everything so thank you watt Solar solutions

From first call to taking down the scaffolding at the end of the job, I've always been kept on the loop of what it was going to happen.
They've sorted all the paperworks for me, and done a quick and professional job on the installation day. Took away every single part of rubbish and boxes.
And the price was the most competitive I've found for that type of solution.
Great experience all around

I’m delighted with the work Matt and his team have done for us. We’ve had a balanced solar and battery system which has already started to save me significant amounts on my bill. The system was designed for my home and everything was well explained beforehand, including the DNO prerequisites. A very happy customer. Well done

The team at Watt Solar were amazing from the start. Listened to what I was wanting to achieve, provided a quote and then made some amendments to align with what I wanted. Never felt pushy or sales patter, no "last minute deals" or signing on the day - provided the proposals and left me alone to get other quotes.

Got competing quotes and none were even close in terms of price and solution offered, one was around the same price but 1 less battery and a smaller inverter so not a competitive quote.

Watt Solar have consistently kept promises, ringing me back when they said they would, providing further details in a timely manner when asked, turning up when promised, etc.

Their workmanship is fantastic, no rats nest of wires, neat install and cable runs and considered approach to installation to make the least visual impact as possible.

Generally seem like a good bunch of guys, great pricing and you feel like a valued customer.

From the initial visit to discuss the works to the installation was totally professional. On installation day the team were very polite and respectful of neighbours , fitted , cleaned and took all the rubbish away , install looks good with panels spaced correctly to look aesthetic from the ground . A top class install that I’m already in talks with to fit EV charger and certainly when we need it additional batteries, definitely would recommend
