First of all, ordering was easy, and delivery was exactly when I said it would be.

I’ve been using my Messenger Bag for a week now. It’s just right for day to day use - keys, phone, book, purse, water, banana - and is also sturdy enough that I’ve had 4 pint bottle of milk in there too! It was still comfortable to carry.

I like the simplicity of this style. I don’t like bags with loads of pockets for very specific things, but just having one pocket is handy for finding my keys.

It’s just the right size, not too big and not too small. It’s plain enough that it goes with pretty much anything.

I really like this bag. I’m retiring all my others!

Only tiiiny criticism might be that I was expecting a bit of a different colour - “petrol” is actually good old navy.

I had a great experience with Wawwa. The bag I ordered is excellent quality and made in the UK. I saw some negative reviews, mostly about shipping times, but I think the wait is worth it. I appreciate their thoughtful approach to production, and the quality speaks for itself. I’d definitely recommend them!

Great quality product. Went for their messenger bag which I really like the fit and style of. Adjustable straps are really good for personalising and adjusting to how packed the bag it. Perfect for cycling as well!

The delivery was slow but the products are so much worth waiting for.

I ordered a beanie hat for my son for Christmas as he wanted one from WAWWA Clothing. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and their customer services were excellent. The product itself was nicely made and good quality. I would recommend this clothing company.

The company are thoughtful. This product has been reinspired from the original messenger which I also have. The quality of which has not degraded, having withheld an absolute battering of moving me across the country, music gear, weekly groceries, the list goes on.

This is the crème de la crème. The key loop is fantastic, the pocket perfect for wallet and phone. I have been utilising the pouches for overnight stays and organising wires. The fabric is wonderful, I’m more excited for it to soften up with wear, which’s only add to the personalisation.

The ripstop also houses enamel pins beautifully, I’m growing a small collection and it’s a joy to have them on display.

En cuanto al diseño , me encanta porque es sobrio , original , y para mi es muy minimalista, está todo lo que se necesita en un bolso o ropa y si a eso le añadimos que los materiales que utiliza me encanta., solo puedo decir gracias por llevar objetos o ropa que vosotros me habéis diseñado. Took 3 weeks to arrive but the bag i ordered is good quality and I’m very happy with it!

Having had a great experience with ordering some trousers from WAWWA previously, I couldn't wait to grab my next pair. They were perfect when they arrived, and I wore them a few times before their first wash (on cold, no spin, air-dried). Unfortunately the colour faded around the waistband and pockets quite significantly, and what was worse, they shrunk - particularly on the leg length. I got in touch with the customer services team, who looked into it thoroughly and confirmed it appeared to be a "bad batch". I was offered a gift card or an exchange - but given that the item is faulty, and the team acknowledged as much, I asked for a refund. Suddenly, they stopped responding. I chased up again earlier this month, and although the team agreed to cover the cost of postage to return the faulty trousers, they're back to totally ignoring me when I ask for a refund. Such a disappointment, as I was happy to support a small brand from my hometown. Never again - and I've advised my pals to steer clear.

As this kind reply from WAWWA states, I did indeed get a response from the customer services team. In the condescending email I received, I was advised that this isn't a bad batch (which unfortunately can't be proven either way). What was really striking to me, is I was advised that "even if the item was faulty, we would not be under any obligation to offer a refund." Super odd that a retailer isn't familiar with UK government guidelines, that stipulate "you must offer a full refund if an item is faulty".

Anyway. Looking forward to the SS25 range of leather chaps, since WAWWA is full of cowboys!

I love the tote! I hate having to carry stuff around but I can manage it easily and stylishly since I got this. The fabric is really durable and feels very satisfying to touch, too.

Always good quality and the team are very helpful and responsive. I’ve bought a few things from wawwa and they’ve all been excellent.

It's really good quality stuff. Designed thoughtfully and made in the UK by people who are getting paid properly for the work they do.
