I have visited and purchased numerous times here and the staff, all of them, have never been anything but super helpful and friendly.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.
The range of tiles is great with good size samples and displays.
The clearance area can be a treasure trove at bargain prices too.

Absolutely amazing service and products! They have amazing stock from high end to affordable! Each member of staff is so helpful and friendly you know you’re buying from a good place! I cannot recommend them enough I’ve used them multiple times now and recommend them to friends and family!

At last a company that listens to trustpilot great experience
I received a email from Waxman after my first review and they had refunded my £19.00 delivery charge without me prompting them. They explained what had gone wrong with my delivery, apologized and as I say refunded my delivery charges. In the end a great experience

We kitted our bathroom out entirely with one of Waxman tiles best sellers - exceptional quality, we are delighted with the look! Josh was great in guiding us and providing us with lots of samples & information, and Richard made the delivery process very easy & seamless!
