This site is withholding a balance of over sixty-one thousand dollars. I have recorded proof from their agent 'Emma' admitting that they provided 'repeated misinformation' to get me to deposit more funds.
Once I involved my bank (Comm Bank Case 1 8 3 1 6 4 3 1), they stopped responding and blocked my chat. They are using an Australian payment link called South Wharf VIC to take money.
I have lodged reports with ACMA and the AFP regarding the merchant fraud. Do not trust their 'VIP' promises—it is a stall tactic to avoid paying out legitimate balances.
