Been with these guys for well over a year making this review long overdue!

I don't understand how anybody could give less than 5 stars because in all this time i've been their client, there's not been a single tech company that has matched them on all counts. They're in a league of their own!

Not once have they let me down or caused me stress.

Their support is amazing. They know their product really well and their knowledge extends beyond routine testing.

Helpful, switched on and without doubt the most generous tech company i've come across... nothing is too much trouble.

It's easy to keep customers happy for a short time or in the honey moon period but these guys haven't dropped a stitch with me since day 1.

When I switched to WC Vendors from another marketplace plugin it turned out to be the best decision I couldve made. I went from stressed out all of the time with 'Dokan' to not a single day of stress with WC Vendors.
This experience taught me a valuable lesson - don't settle for poor service with any plugin... have faith to jump to something better because stress free support is priceless!

Thank you again WC Vendors for helping make our online dreams come true :). This review is to thank WC Vendors & the Founder who have continually amazed me through their support & service over approx. 18 months. The customer service did not drop off after the 'sale' like most companies. WC Vendors have always been willing & able to assist & provide solutions above & beyond my expectations.

I swapped to WC Vendors from Dokan and it was ultimately the best decision I could have made. WC Vendors is reliable and stable whereas other multi-vendor software I've used or tested have constant issues and updates. Support has been fast and efficient.

The reviews below mine are obviously made by people who don't understand Wordpress, Woocommerce, themes and hosting etc and should hire a developer/designer like myself to save time and frustration. To be up and running quickly is dependant on experience, just like any other business goal. I have been a Wordpress and Woocommerce user for 18 years and know when a plugin has good support and a steady development team. WC Vendors provide this.

With regard to bugs and issues I have found it's 95% other plugins responsible, and WC Vendors have still tried to help even though it is not their responsibility. There is a certain amount of troubleshooting tips all site owners are expected to know how to do (regardless of theme or plugin) and swapping your theme temporarily is one of them. This is standard practice and usually you find out what the problem is faster by following trouble shooting guidelines.

Out of 4 multi-vendor plugins I've tried either live or in testing, WC Vendors and their team saved the day for me.

Recently purchased the WC Vendors Pro lifetime software license ($599) for use on our marketplace. After uploading the plugin and license to our marketplace we realized that most of the features are not functioning properly.

Of course we reached out to WC Vendors and submitted a support ticket for help with this issue. So far it has been multiple support ticket messages back and forth with them refusing to provide hands on help. Meanwhile our website is down (losing money) while they waste time with back and forth messages.

We were told that our theme is causing the functionality issue with their plugin and that the theme is not compatible with their plugin.....keep in mind that the theme is currently (6/4/21) being advertised as a compatible plugin on the Buddy Boss website. How do you know that it's the theme causing the problem without logging into the cPanel and investigating? And if the theme is not compatible with the plugin then why doesn't WC Vendors contact Buddy Boss and request that they stop advertising their plugin so that there is no customer confusion?

And of course there is no phone number listed to call them. I am sorry but when a customer makes a purchase, especially one this large ($599) the company should be more than happy to provide hands on help to their customer. Not just send the customer a bunch of technical documents to read......most customers are not web developers and require hands on help.

Yesterday Jamie gave a choice of us giving access through our web host or a staging area......today its a different story and they have a policy not to login to a customers cPanel and we are being told to spend more time and money on a new theme. How do you jump to the conclusion that it's the theme......it could be your vendors pro plugin that is defective.

I am an open minded person, if they investigate and it definitely is the theme that is causing the issue then they have done their part to help their customer resolve this issue and I am satisfied. But again we won't know that answer for sure until someone from WC Vendors goes in to investigate.

As I type this message I am still awaiting info on how to create a staging area and give WC vendors temporary access to it.

But I must say that this is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. A company taking your money for a product and then being totally unwilling to help when an issue is reported and the founder/lead developer talking to a customer like he is doing the customer a favor!

I don't recommend anyone purchasing any of the WC Vendors plugins or themes. It is obvious to me that customers are not respected.....your money is taken and then they ignore repeated requests for assistance.

I made the mistake of buying the stripe commissions & payment gateway from WC Vendors.
The plugin simply doesn't work as advertised, and the developer provides substandard support.
It's not a good purchase...and when you discover that the plugin doesn't work with Woocommerce (which is what it is designed to work with), it's even worse...they don't provide support and their entire refund policy is disgustingly onerous...so it's basically $69 down the internet toilet.

AVOID THIS PLUGIN and the OWNERS OF WCVENDORS like the plague.
