Customer service was spot on. Next day delivery never arrived, was sorted out quick and they reimbursed me the value of my delivery in carts, which i was happy with. Correcting the mistake is more important than the mistake itself.

But in reality it's not really the company fault as the postal service had problems

Tracking information was given promptly and I am very pleased about the cost per unit when ordering under 100 units, this is why i choose this company over competitors. Shipping price is reasonable would be good to see a Royal Mail Tracked 24 option for UK sales. Terpenes options look great however they seem to have dissapeared since i last looked...?

Spot on , great products , great communication

The golden standard quality wise with an unique spin on aesthetics. At first i did not trust the legitimacy looking at the prices, however i was quickly reassured by ccell themselves. A second fright came with import tax, being from the mainland.(damn you brexit). A solid experience overall and to my knowlede the ony way to browse ccell's entire catalogue.

These guys really know their stuff and great customer service too.
