Ordered 42x32 Pants and got 42x29. They told me they would not exchange because I had bought them "on special" and their terms and conditions stated they were not responsible... the next email was full of appologies stating they would make ir right, then nothing. Absolute scammers! The pants turn up in plastic bags and smell terrible!

They would not change an order that had an error caused at least partly by their website. I sent a request to change minutes after the order - after I discovered the error on their confirmation page. They promised action, I waited, I contacted 2 more times. They promised action, I waited more. They sent the wrong sizes to their supplier in an order - six days after I initially sent the order and asked for a correction. They apologized and promised to sort it out later. The package arrived with the wrong size, I sent another email asking for resolution, and they promised to sort it out. Then this morning - 28 days after the order, they stated that it was a sale item and that their policy did not allow for returns or refunds (I hadn't seen this policy and it directly contradicts the 30 day guarantee). This is a scam operation.

Buyer Beware — Misleading Guarantee and Subpar Product!
Buyer beware. I purchased three pairs of these pants and was very disappointed with the product and the company's customer service. The pants don't fit well, look tacky, and feel subpar.
If you're looking for some tacky pants that don't fit properly, these might be right for you. Call me. I have three pairs I'll give you for free.
What really bothered me, however, was the company's “30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee.” Stretto advertises that if the pants don't fit right or you don't love them, they will provide a full refund, “no questions asked,” including a return shipping label. That guarantee was an important reason I was comfortable ordering three pairs online.
When I tried to return them because they didn't fit properly and I wasn't happy with the product, Stretto refused, claiming that because I received 40% off for purchasing three pairs, the pants were “final sale.” This wasn't a clearance purchase or a sale item—it was their advertised multi-pair pricing.
I challenged the decision and asked them to honour the guarantee they used to sell me the product. They initially said they would check with their team and get back to me within 24 hours. They didn't. I had to follow up, and it took several days before I received another response.
The whole experience has left me feeling that the Perfect Fit Guarantee is far more impressive in the advertising than it is when you actually try to use it.
One star. I won't be buying from Stretto again. If you're considering ordering, read the return terms very carefully and don't assume the “Perfect Fit Guarantee” means what it says.

Ordered 2 pairs of dress trousers waist size 34, received 2 pairs, waist size 29, numerous emails but they don’t refund or change too the size I paid for, could not of worn them if they were right size as there thin cheap material, keep away from them

Wrong size item sent. No exchange, refund or return offered. They will send you any size that they have in stock and ignore your request to have the correct size sent out, claiming that is was on a discount offer, so tough. Wanted size 32 M and they sent me 3XL. Don’t deal with this company

Do not purchase anything from this company, under any circumstances. It’s a scam, with cheaply made and packaged as a quality item.

I waited almost one month for delivery of two pairs of trousers (18/06 - 12/07) When they arrived they were both totally different sizes, with varying tightness in the leg/thigh area and both totally different lengths.

Customer service (which I suspect is AI based on speed of response and language) stated that all sales are considered final as it was subject to a 40% sale. This isn’t true, I purchased two pairs to obtain a slight discount. When I challenged this, they are no longer responding. I have not been refunded and stuck with trousers that are ridiculously too short.

Absolute junk. The worst quality materials. Pants smelled like pure chemicals. There is no way I would ever wear this stuff and there is no customer service or returns to speak of.

Blantant Fraud do not buy, the advertisment description does not mach the product supplied, you can buy better quality items at sports direct for much cheaper don`t waste your money

I just received my Stretto trousers, very happy with fit and material, the description before I bought matches the product. I note some other negative reviews, however my trousers look and feel good on.

Zero communication from this company.. they give you 30 days to return the product but totally ignore the many emails asking how to return them a week out of the 30 days has passed already .. so I'm stuck with pants way up small there's no way they are 30 inch waist . I would never recommend buying from this company they are a total scam

The pants were not the ones being advertised. They look like 90ties tuxedo pants. They were baggy and itchy and far from the sleek, form fitted pants I was expecting. "No big deal, I'll just return it" I thought. I got ghosted for 2 weeks, and then a scripted response, "Sorry no returns."

It's just 30 bucks, who cares. But the feeling of being scammed is infinitely worse.

Garbage product. This company is a Scam. the product is laughable in the quality and you can't contact for a return or refund.

The Brand Stretto is not on the pants.

Inexistant customer service,no replies to emails,phone Numbers not in service,no address for returns, cheap fabric,pant legs too short.

I ordered two pair of pants from this company. One pair came with the buttonhole sewn shut; the other was the wrong size. Moreover, the fabric the pants are made from are heavy and cheap-feeling.

I went to the "Returns" link on their website and got a "page not found" message. I e-mailed their support e-mail and got no response.

Clearly, this is a scam company. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT order anything from them.

Pants finally arrived, not even sure who manufactured these pants but Stretto name is no where to be found. Pants arrived with proper waist size but about 4 inches to short, tried multiple times to contact for return , no response, no one to contact...these are a cheap athletic pant at best, quality seems cheap...save your money and do not purchase

fabric is like dress pants from early 90's and the customer service is brutal. Wont get back to me on my return.. Awful quality and worse customer service

Ordered two pair of pants in early April. They sent a confirmation and the size on one pair was wrong. I reached out to support - no response. Three weeks later the pants arrived. One pair the right size, one pair not. Been reaching out to wearstretto.com for one month - no response and the support phone number is not in service.

They are advertising on Facebook reels with all kinds of comments yet not one review on trust pilot. I can’t speak for the product but there Are so many scams out there off of Facebook reels that are popping up they need to be qualified and trust pilot has always been a good source to check these things out so I would wait before ordering anything no matter how good they look or how good a deal they appear to be. At best… buyers beware!
