I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided by Webtronic.ie.
I contacted several companies before, but none of them were able to meet the specific requirements I needed for official reporting related to a government grant. Webtronic.ie handled everything professionally and with great attention to detail.
The team was always polite, responsive, and patient with all my requests. They took the time to understand my situation and helped resolve all documentation requirements, which allowed me to purchase the Sony ZV-1 camera and lens within a very short timeframe.
I am truly grateful for their support and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Web‑Tronic. I paid €1950 for a camera on December 18, and it was shipped on December 19, but it was lost in delivery. The store promised to send me a replacement, and on December 30, they said the replacement had been shipped and would arrive at the beginning of this week.
Today is January 5, and I still haven’t received the replacement camera. I have no tracking number, no courier information, and I cannot reach anyone by phone. Emails are left unanswered. This is completely unacceptable for such an expensive item.
Because of this situation, I had to reschedule my trip to Ukraine and lost expensive plane tickets, since I was waiting for my camera. I needed it for work related to my art course and project in Ukraine. The delay has caused me real problems with my work and plans.
It is extremely frustrating that Web‑Tronic does not respond, does not provide information, and seems unwilling to send the replacement or return my money. I feel ignored, stressed, and disrespected as a customer.
Waiting over two weeks for a replacement for a lost €1950 camera, with no updates and no communication, is completely unacceptable. The financial loss, stress, and disappointment are real.
I hope this review warns others about the risks and pressures Web‑Tronic puts their customers under. I also hope the company finally takes responsibility and either delivers the replacement or refunds my money.
The platform/website doesn't state that products sold are not provided with a VAT receipt/invoice. You can't buy a camera or lens for your business and claim the usual 23% VAT on your purchase. Beware of this before ordering the products.
UPDATE: I just saw Web-tronic response to this review and I can confirm that I didn't review the wrong company. I spoke to Magnus on the company support chat, he confirmed that you don't provide a VAT receipt/invoice and that VAT cannot be reclaimed on WebTronic purchases. Is that not right? I didn't proceed with the order because of this. Thanks

I bought a Fuji 18mm f1.4 lens back in July. In a couple of days, I discovered that the autofocus motor is faulty. I sent the lens back for inspection and repair to their service center in Twente. It took them 2 weeks to collect the lens from the post, apparently the service center address they provided was not correct according to Post NL. Since then, it’s been already 2 months, I can’t get any update on my lens. All my planned projects are stalled. They don’t even respond on a request to either refund or provide a replacement. It’s the worst experience I ever had with purchasing photo equipment online over so many years.

Beware-gray import. I bought Tamron lens 700 euro and tried register on Tamron EU 5 year free warranty. Request rejected. I sent e-mail to Tamron & got reply: not EU legal import, no warranty. I wrote to Webtronic, company explained: 2 years Tamron warranty + 3 years Webtronic warranty. It's lie. Another e-mail to Tamron & got reply: no option 2 years warranty.
Free return, another lie. I bought in Ireland, but I have to send to Netherlands and pay for it. Said no way! I got offer 15 euro. The cheapest company, around 20 euro & no insurance. Something wrong, no money, no lens!
Without Tamron confirmation, you may have cheap clone lens.
Always register product on manufacturer website, not Webtronic.
Reliable, helpful and fair company. They are provide the best prices.
Before I had lot of issue with other companies but they are good choice for everyone.
