Always a pleasure to do business with Webbs of Cannock. They are polite, very helpful, explains and answers all your questions. Delivery staff are again polite and considerate. Prices are in line with other retailers. Excellent company - keep up the good work.

This purchase was excellent from start to finish. After email confirmation I also received a call from the team setting out next steps and expectations. The product came directly from manufacturer; they gave me a date to pick, then a two hour window on that date for delivery. The delivery team were excellent. Friendly and courteous, they were in and out in moments and made the receipt of the new tumble dryer a pleasure. All in all, a great experience.

The engagement with Webbs was very good, polite and helpful staff who resolved the original product issue leading to an upgraded product being sent instead.
However the delivery company contracted by Webbs - SGK Distribution brought the American Fridge Freezer on a van without a tail lift so the item was slid onto the floor risking damage. The two men were nice enough but they both said they had never delivered an item so large and had no clue as to how they were going to move it into the house. Two men could not lift this item and they also had no trolley so the item was pushed and slid all the way. This obviously damaged the packaging in places but it had been well packed by LG so there was no obvious damage at the time.
On later inspection my wife noticed that the left (freezer) door has a very shallow dent in the bottom half so we now do not know what to do?

I contacted Webb's to enquire about their multi-buy offer and received a quick reply with a good offer. The service was great, the goods were delivered as agreed and installation was quick and competent. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Price are reasonable and happy to get more discount.
I set the delivery date during purchase but it didn't work and I just only know once I checked with the customer service online at the day.

Fantastic fridge/freezer did a lot of research on this one to make sure it was the best fridge I could get to fit in the space I had and this one ticked all the boxes best fridge we have ever had very spacious and very cold with lots of gadgets to get it just how you want it. Delivery was excellent with a cracking couple of guys who were very helpful and friendly. Good customer service and communication from webs themselves.

I will start off saying that the fridge I purchased was at a great price, however, the customer service is abysmal.

I presume all of the positive reviews are for the purchases that just went smoothly. I hope you do not face any issues, as the customer service was not helpful at all.

I purchased a fridge that was delivered by SGK. They left the fridge in the hallway blocking the entrance of the front door. I have just moved into the property so I had other deliveries as well, so blocking the front door was the worst possible place to leave it. SGK was useless in resolving and just said speak to Webbs.

I called Webbs and the lady seemed helpful, saying this isn’t how they should have dealt with it and she will resolve it and get back to me as soon as possible. I did not have any call back. In fact I called 8 times over 2 days and not a single one of my calls was answered.

I found Webbs Electrical after my usual goto supplier did not have the fridge freezer I wanted in stock. My experience with Webbs was great from the initial order, the customer services desk where I arranged my delivery, and finally the two blokes who installed my new fridge and took the old one away. Good prices, good communication, delivery bang on time, friendly, polite and I will be using them again!
