We've been using the webcarrots.com agency grade plan for a while now. Recently, we had a need for support to help us with a deep content gap analysis while developing a new site that is not online yet, so in practical terms, it doesn't have competitors.
I must say that this type of support is something I rarely experience from a company the size of WebCarrots. We were assigned a senior support agent who not only told us what to do, but also did some analyses in the system for us. I don't want to say his name here for privacy, but he earned my trust, so the company should know his initials are P.H., and I thank you again.
I strongly recommend this company for content gap analysis, finding competitors, and doing stronger user intent oriented content over competitors. There is more I could add, but I'll leave it at that.

We needed a GEO company and were referred to Web Carrots. We are subscribed to Agency Grade, and this is scraping competitor data to analyze content gaps. Mainly, we use the Combined Report, scoring our homepage content against the competitors. Two months into it, we're already seeing a significant increase in organic traffic from AI search. We're listed 3-4 on ChatGPT and 2 on Perplexity, whereas a couple of months ago, we did not show up for any search terms. This system and company are very focused on what they do, this is the feeling we get from their system and support.

I am using agency grade plan for GEO visibility so far very satisfied this is next generation content gap tool automatically scraped my competitors websites and google an bing SERP very intuitive tool everything is automatically generated clear screens and reports very good project management tool which I found very helpful can be used to my opinion stand alone for AI optimisation also it did good on our SEO as well, this is for content and benchmarks so it is very well.to target user intent. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a $2 report, but I was honestly surprised by what I received. Normally, I spend about half an hour gathering competitor data myself, but this website does it all for you and even adds some extra info. It made my life a lot easier! If you need competitor insights, it's worth a look.
