Very unprofessional company. First they did not give us full complete website rather some trash which we had to fix on our own. We had bought hosting from them and we were not informed that hosting is about to expire or anything and on a. Friday night we get email that our hosting has expired and our website is down right now. No reply to any email or calls and one receptionist picked up call and was misbehaving. I am very disappointed this is december and it is our high sale season and i have to deal with these unprofessional

Webdeveloperllc and it’s representative are holding my website hostage because they want me to pay $5500 for PCI compliance, and because I refuse, they are holding my website hostage. People, please learn from my experience. Do not trust this businesses to host your website. Get your own domain and servers. Protect yourself and your business.

This is not a US base business, and they are very unprofessional. If you don't believe me, ask for a refund if you don't accept the work.

A total failure in communication and their negative stance in not providing my refund for a domain I never authorized. The Domain was only $200.00 in purchase, and they rather get bad publicity of their unprofessionalism than refund me. The worker Dwayne is an embarrassment to their company and should be fired.
