webexpertllc.com Reviews

I have had great working experience with Webexpert LLC (WEL) They launched my blog website in Nov 2022 with my exact specifications. The website layout and configuration has been praised by many visitors to the site. I have contracted with WEL to support my website at a very reasonable rate. WEL assigned project for my projects, Alice Wilson is very responsive and courteous. Whenever I have a need to post new blogs or changes in layout, she works with her team to meet new requirements and keeps me informed of the work order progress.

I highly recommend WEL for website designining, launching and maintaince.

Very organized scammers.please stay away from this fake web builder company. All the 5 Star reviews are not real.

Jay Anderson is the Project Manager of our website. Special thanks to Jay and his development team for the professional advice and amazing works. Jay is so talented, knowledgeable and responsive in designing and following up on our website. Highly recommended.

Joseph Specter is a great project manager. He always delivered the tasks efficiently on time. Before Joseph took over my project, I guess it was around 50% finished but with so many loopholes and mistakes and that to in a year. Since Joseph started working on my project, he fixed all my website issues and completed 98% in a month with no mistakes. He is very efficient and dedicated to his work. He is having great customer service and communication skills. He quickly understand the project requirements and act on it right away. I am glad, I chose website design engine to design my website. I would recommend it to my friends if people like Joseph are there in the team.
I am excited to launch my website soon with the help this highly skilled performer. Thank you !

Jay was amazing on communication and quality of work

I had an amazing experience with them. Specially with Drake. Best part about working with them was they listened to me and worked accordingly. Highly recommended.

Working with the team at Web Expert LLC, and specifically Jay Anderson and Aiden Rosales, has been a great pleasure. The've been extremely supportive, attentive, and promptly responsive.

Honestly, very rarely I write a review with my opinion or experience but now I have the intention to help people who want to be successful in the online business, first you need to know what you want, second how do you want it to look your project and what effect you want to achieve in the market, and thirdly save time and money and hire Web Expert LLC. After searching and dealing with different designers and developers without success, I finally found JAY ANDERSON from Web Expert LLC and they put color, flavor and efficiency to my website. If you need a team working with you from A to Z, Web Expert LLC is the company. Thanks to all the team for the support, especially JAY ANDERSON.

Thanks,
Founder of Quantt

Jay listens and delivers. Jay ensures that his team pays attention to the details, so your website is not only attractive but stands out among the competition. Jay will work with you to achieve the results that you are looking for. Jay wants the best for his clients because great website design is his passion.

Another great logo done by Jay Anderson and his team…quick and efficient

This site is nothing but a scam. All of the positive reviews are fake. One other reviewer has said that the site is really located in Iceland and that is not incositente with my experience. The people behind this sentence have limited command of English and know nothing about building web sites as far as I can tell. I am going to contact my local police and ask them to involve Interpol to have this fake company taken down and, if possible, prosecuted. I'll probably never see my money again, but I warn you to STAY AWAY!

Jay Anderson work as a professional website designer is absolutely remarkable. He is kind and courteous. He follows up and executes tasks quickly and delivers in a timely manner.

Web expert llc and the team have done a great job, and stayed on the committment.

Mark Reeves and Jay Anderson of Web Expert gave excellent customer service. Mark kept his word at getting me discounted rate for the professional package and Jay brung my vision for the website to reality. Very appreciative and satisfied.🙏🏾

JAY ANDERSON has been very helpful working on my new website. So far I’m supper happy with some of the work great communication he also work you through everything stepby steps I will definitely let y’all know my final project thank you Jay.

Daniel and his team did an awesome job on my website and it came out way better than I thought it would.

I do not recommend!! If I could give negative stars for this company I would! All of the reviews in Trust Pilot that are positive are definitely FaKe. I paid them $1000 to complete some very technical back end details for my website that had already been built. I registered with them on a Thursday and was told it would be completed Mon or Tues the next week which sounded great.

Despite many promises to give us updates, they never touched my website or responded to my requests for an update for over a week. Literally no communication. And they told me they were located in California and it appears they are located in Iceland.

I contacted my bank and they conducted an investigation and returned my money. It appears that this company is fraudulent. This is a true and accurate review. If you conduct your own research on this company online, you will discover some very interesting details?!

A week after I hired them and they would have gotten their notice demanding proof of work in progress from the bank, they downloaded my unfinished website and made some minor cosmetic changes that would have taken maybe 15 minutes if that and they said 'here you go, we have done 50% of the project' - lol! And they tried to call me 3 times on the phone after not responding to me for almost a week and a half. Suddenly they wanted to talk when I told them I would be contacting the Iceland police.
PS: It is now 5 months later (25th Jan 2023) and I am laughing as I read what 'Web Experts' wrote below about 'wanting to make it right' today - 10 minutes ago. My bank refunded me all of my money after investigating when they determined what I claimed was true. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Highly recommended for non-IT people like me who enjoy using IT tools in their business models.
