I had a very good experience with them, Ashley was very good and she did a very good job 👍

They are very unreliable. They promise the world, and they don't deliver. They did do our website, but it was way basic, and it was very cumbersome to get them to make changes. There is zero creativity from their side. They work with templates, and that's it. When you ask them for something, they don't reply. They totally ghost you. It was a waste of our time and money!

They got my last post taken down. I paid $1200 on May 24 2023 and still have no website, and they have ghosted me completely. Yes it was an intricate website, but I filled out the questionnaire and was quoted then paid that amount. My contact Jack won't answer call, the 888 number won't answer call, and they have removed my Teamwork.com file so I cannot communicate with them that way either. I put alot of time into uploading photos, and content and gave them every ask. They are now in possession of $1200 of my money and are unresponsive. I contacted AZ Attny Generals office and filed a complaint but they have no teeth apparently. I just want my money back.

Horrible Customer Service
I had a lady and man assigned to complete my website. She did not complete the website as requested and did not answer my requests for changes. There was never clear cut communication from S and her work hours did not work with my schedule. Through it all, S would talk down to me and over me many times. When I asked her to slow down and explain it to me in terms that I can understand she was offended and took it as a direct insult to her person. When I asked about the gentleman J, S would say he was sick. When I asked why changes weren’t made her reply was the server was down or I will work on it and get back to you. The team overall did not complete my website to date and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of progress and communication. I truly don’t know how there are good reviews on here; but I urge you RUN, look elsewhere if you can and do more research. Find someone that you know will do the job. In the meantime of waiting for this review to post, the gentleman J has returned and has been diligently working on my site. I will post again with my final review here and everywhere else.

OK, JUST TOWARD THE END OF THE PROJECT I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 300.OO TO BRING THE PROJECT TO IT'S COMPLETION. THAT DID NOT MAKE ME HAPPY. I WAS INTENDING TO GIVE A BONUS OF 150.00 BEFORE THE ADDITIONAL 300.00 WAS TACKED ON SO I WAS ONLY 150.00 OVER BUDGET WITH THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

HOWEVER, THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT WHAT THEY DO. VERY EFFICIENT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY INTUITIVE. I ASKED FOR A LOT, I MEAN A LOT, AND THEY RESPONDED AT EACH STEP OF MY REQUESTS. I HAD THEM TO TURN TWO DOMAINS TO THE MAIN DOMAIN THAT IS MY WEBSITE, ALSO, I HAD AN INCOMPLETE WEBSITE AND THEY COMPLETED IT WITH ALL THE CHANGES I REQUESTED, SOMETIMES IN REAL TIME WHILE I WATCHED AND SAID "UP A LITTLE, DOWN A LITTLE" WHEN THEY WERE DONE, MY WEBSITE LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE I ENVISIONED IT TO LOOK AND WAS FUNCTIONAL AS A COMMERCE STORE AS WELL.

I AM A HARD TO PLEASE, NIT PICKING CUSTOMER, AND THEY DID PLEASE AND I AM THANKFUL.

I GIVE 41/2 OUT OF 5 STARS AND WOULD INDEED HIRE THESE FOLKS AGAIN. MY PROJECT WAS FARMED OUT TO JACK M. SO IF YOU USE WEB GRAVITA, TRY TO GET JACK.

I have paid them $750 and Took 3 months, still not fineshed a single page static website. Don't fool for their promises, hey will deliver a web page according to your needs or your money is back.
i am sure you find ways to spend your money then jest giving aday them for a lousy work.

They have never ending holidays, probably worst spent money.

Now instead of doing it right, they work hard to get this review removed.

I started a website Mar 2023. I provided extensive work product of my own making and by August had what amounts to an introductory template site. We had some issues with a 3rd party plug-in that was coming up short after our initial consultations ;then I got ghosted. I have been generously open to resolving this case the three times they actually responded to me over the last eight months, but have since had to file a claim with Arizona Attorney General Consumer Affairs which they have also failed to respond to. At this point I have had to go another direction and am trying to just get a refund.

I originally had WIX web account for my website. I was contacted by this company, and the representative stated he could help me with my WIX website. I wanted to update and tweak it. Go to find out after I paid they were revamping a website with Wordpress. Then the representative said my website needed a host server I already had one with Bluehost and he convinced me that I needed something better. Also I transferred my domain and now they want to charge me $225 and if I have a Godaddy account it will be $180 if I want to transfer it. Remember I transferred my domain to them for $0 dollars, They hijacked my domain . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TRUTWORTHY. I have now been in contact with Ashley and Andrew and I will be looking into legal matters about hijacking domains. I am asking Andrew for anything I signed that will state I give up my domain and they have the right to charge me to take it back. I am waiting. This review will not go away until they give me back my domain

I’ve been procrastinating on creating a website for as long as I can remember, and I even gave it a shot myself. As a student, I’ve come to understand that it requires a team of professionals and time. I found Web Gravita while searching for a web developer to build my website. I was assigned to a team and I couldn’t be happier with the people who assisted me. Sarah Morgan, my team manager, guided and supported me every step of the way. Her explanations were both helpful and kind as she walked me through the process and asked for the information. I had no idea what to expect regarding the website, but when I got the test link, the results were beyond belief. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome - it was carefully crafted and beautifully organized. I was thrilled with the results I showed it to friends and they said it looked amazing. I am very content with the website. I highly recommend partnering with Sarah, she is an incredible person to work alongside.
