6 tickets booked by mistake – no refund, no resell option
I traveled all the way from the Netherlands to Saudi Arabia for 6 days with my children to attend the Al Nassr vs Al Ahli match on April 29, 2026.
I booked 3 tickets. Unfortunately, due to a lack of coordination, my son also booked 3 tickets from his own account. That gave us a total of 6 tickets instead of 3.
I contacted customer service to request a refund for the extra 3 tickets. They refused, stating that all tickets are non‑refundable and non‑modifiable. They suggested I use the "resell" feature inside the app. However, for this specific match, the resell option is not enabled – even though the event has been completely sold out for weeks.
This service does not care about its customers and offers no solution for honest human errors.
I am left with 3 unused tickets, no official way to resell them, and no help from the platform. A very rigid and customer‑unfriendly policy.
I hope the management reconsiders its policy and provides flexible solutions for exceptional cases like mine.
