One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. We hired them to build a website and were upsold on their social media marketing package. At first, things seemed fine with our initial account manager, but within two weeks he left the company and everything immediately went downhill.

From that point forward our account was passed between multiple people, communication became extremely poor, and it was clear there was no organization or accountability. To make matters worse, every time I emailed detailed changes for the website, they were completely overlooked or ignored. I constantly had to repeat the same requests because it felt like no one actually read or understood the feedback the first time. This dragged out the entire website process far longer than it should have.

The social media package was even worse. We were told the package included two posts per week, yet over the course of an entire month we received only two posts total. That is nowhere close to what was promised or what we paid for.

The CEO was also supposed to personally contact me to resolve the situation, which never happened. After attempting to call multiple times, it now appears my number may have been blocked. For a company that sells marketing services, the lack of professionalism and communication is shocking.

They failed to deliver the services they sold and still owe us money for work that was never completed. At this point the experience feels less like poor service and more like a company that takes clients’ money and fails to follow through.

If you are considering working with this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to deal with broken promises, poor communication, and an incredibly frustrating experience.

They seemed responsive at first, and I picked a format that could work. Then I gave them specific/actual info/images/guidance to personalize/load the website draft. They incorporated "maybe" 15% of what I asked and kept coming back after my inputs, very slowly, with no improvements. We are now more than three weeks in, and I am nowhere close to what was asked...and it was reasonable and clearly specified. Wasted money. BTW, despite what they say, I responded to EVERY email they sent, regardless of the individual sending it. I just kept getting the same, way-unfinished-draft time after time, and I gave them that feedback EVERY time. Frustrating!
