Fast, and simple process!

Dominique was very kind and knew what he was doing we left with a very good experience with we buy cars

Dominic and Frank at the Brandon branch made the process so super easy they made us feel very welcomed from the start kept us informed on all the steps they were taking how the process goes very polite very respectful very professional I would absolutely recommend if you're going to get rid of your car hit up the Dominic and Frank at the Brandon branch you won't be sorry.

My ups and downs at We Buy Any Car!!

I did not get a fair offer for our 05 Jeep from the dealer when we bought our new Jeep so we went online to all of the local we will but your car places and went to the We Buy Any Car first because it was close to home and didn't want to fight the traffic. From the time I went in Dominic was very professional and made me feel comfortable. During the process he pulled up the Jeep history and showed me that our jeep had been in a wreck! Which it never was, and I got real defensive stating that all we did was have the front of the Jeep repainted and again stated it was never in wreck!! I was ready to walk out, and Dominic talked me down off of the ledge so to speak!! From that point he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and to understand the process. I feel comfortable with the amount that we received for our Jeep. Also, the Great Job Dominic did during the whole time I was there!!

Scheduling an appointment online was simple, and Dominic was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He called me the day before to let me know what documents I needed to bring. On the day of my appointment ,I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes past my scheduled time due to another client, but once things got started, Dominic took the time to walk me through every step. I had several questions, and I truly appreciated his patience and clear explanations, both during and even after the sale.

The offer I received was a bit lower than I expected, but I went through with it knowing I’d get a check on the spot—no worries about it bouncing. One thing to note: there’s a lot of paperwork involved beyond just signing over the title, which I wish had been mentioned upfront. That said, the process was smooth, and I’d still recommend this company for a hassle-free sale.

Dominic is a fine salesperson and handled my transaction with confidence and ease. In just a short time period, I had a check for my car.

I just wanted to say Joe and myself Susan Rodriguez had such a great time with Dominique I have never met a nice smarter generous person salesperson to deal with and I just want to give him 110% of a great review and he should get another plaque on his wall where he sits because he's a great person wasn't pushy it went very fair and smooth and again he should get another plaque for his services that he gives to his customers thank you Susan Rodriguez oh I just wanted to say that he called us today which is Monday the 10th of March to see how everything went with our purchasing of a new car and most people don't do that but he's a special guy thank you
