I was initially reluctant to go to a "wholesaler" and was prepared to negotiate and argue. But Ed proved me wrong. I explained what I wanted and he provided some guidelines on what to expect. He allowed me to walk through the inspection with him and also allowed me to listen to his discussion with his team, in an effort to get me a better price for my car.
Ed was very professional, mannerly and very easy to work with. I did not have to argue at all.
In the end, I got what I was hoping to get for my car (being realistic) and would recommend Ed to anyone.
