Getting an estimate and making an appointment online was easy and fast. I feel Luis treated me with respect during the whole process and I was giving a fair price for my vehicle.

The sales process from evaluation to the conclusion of an offer and completion of paperwork is very streamlined. In our case, I had to settle an estate and our rep took the time to verify title information with the bank and ensure we had everything in order to complete the sale on the day of our appointment. Other big name car buyers will not assist people who are settling an estate. I had called two of them with no satisfaction.
