Manager was fine. Lady in the home office in PA made mistakes that took an extra hour. I will say our transaction was complicated.

The experience was no nonsense, the vehicle evaluation was thorough and they have the necessary tech to offer a fair price, they also will negotiate a bit to get the deal done. This is definitely a good option if selling or trading is not your thing.

Knowledge and helpfulness of Mr. Osia Olds

I’ve sold and traded in a lot vehicles my many years. This was my first time using WBAC.
1. Osiah ( WBAC rep) was a complete professional to deal with.
2. I brought my car to their office building and was greeted by their manager. He took some pictures of the car. By the time we walked back to the suite, the offer was already worked up.
3. We talked and made an agreement.
4. After reading over the paper work and signing. He printed out my check and I was done.
5. No hassles, no strangers coming to my home, no money exchange issues, no extended random calls or emails telling people “Sorry it’s been sold”, no new buyer registration concerns,

It was a pleasing experience, which states volumes when it comes to selling a car. Osia was clear, concise, and helped answer all of my questions with a smile. He made me feel valued and special. He was genuine, sincere, and very knowledgeable. I have already recommended a few friends and told them to ask for Osia.
If you are planning on selling your car, after shopping around, bring your price quotes from other dealerships and get a last price quote that takes about 20 minutes with an appointment with Osia. It will be worth your time and the bottom line, if it means more money for your car, it is worth it.
And if you are lucky enough to work with Osia, ask him about cars vs. white shoes.
