The guy who helped me knew he had internet issues because he was in the car. He should’ve pulled in the garage way before since the internet connection was stronger because he finally pulled in the garage when he was printing my check. It literally took him 2 hours.

Personal interaction
This was my first experience with webuyanycar.com. I was doing research on line and had started a valuation for a car that we were thinking of selling. I am always leery of online services so I got the basic valuation and then stopped the transaction. I later received a call from Dean a company representative asking about my experience and possible next steps. I chose to move forward with the transaction because if that conversation. The online resources are very informative and helpful but the personal interaction is what sealed the deal. We made arrangements to meet at the local facility and the rest of the transaction went very smoothly, I will recommend webuyanycar.com in the future.

Customer Service Made The Difference!
We decided to sell two vehicles after our kids moved on with their lives having their own adult responsibilities out of our household.
