I don’t believe I was offered a fair price. The guy I worked with was nice enough but they always say that management won’t offer any more so it’s always a back and forth.

Antwoord van We Buy Any Car® USA - Jupiter, FL
Hi Marlin,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We never want any of our customers to feel upset with any facet of their appointment. We operate in a transparent, pressure-free environment where no customer is pressured to complete the deal and sell to us.
We’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations on price but glad we got to a number you were happy to accept. Like any reputable buyer we price vehicles based on condition. We’re not worried about small dings and dents but major issues that would compromise the mechanical, structural, or safety features of the vehicle.
Reviewing the detailed appointment notes, photos, and videos we discovered additional damage to the vehicle during our inspection that was not originally disclosed to us. Most notable were problems with the transmission and suspension noise. Unfortunately issues with the transmission are considered outside normal wear and tear and we had to factor that in when making our firm offer. Our Branch Managers are always encouraged to connect with our internal pricing team for a second opinion. That is what we tried to do when we spoke with management.
Thank you for taking the time to connect with Area Manager Annie. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and hope Annie was able to restore your faith in webuyanycar.com. We remain committed to giving you the 5-star experience all our customers deserve. If there is anything else we can do please don’t hesitate to call Annie or email our customer experience team directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com
Kind Regards,
Kevin, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

Konrad Baker, Manager We Buy Any Car Jupiter, Florida
Konrad Baker was a delight to work with. He made what I feared would be a contentious process easy and showed me everything that had to be considered in reaching the final value of my car. There was also a visiting supervisor, Annie, who was there and she was helpful too. It was an easy process and you are to be commended for having such fine employees. They are a credit to your firm.
