Jeff, who only works at this location a couple of days a week, was a real pleasure. The manager Felix was also very pleasant on the phone. Jeff was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient in completing the process. I thought the price was fair given that WBAC does all the work and processing. I felt I could have gotten more if I took on that responsibility but it didn't seem worth it in my case.

I couldn't say enough good things about my experience. The Manger, Felix, at this location was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was in a big rush and he did everything in his power to get me out the door with a price that rivaled the rest. Total process was maybe 30 min. I wouldn't consider any other option next time I have a car to sell. I'm coming back here.
