James was nice and professional. The process was easy and pretty quick. Check in hand within the hour. They offer Zelle, but on my visit that method of payment was not working. Would use them again if I need to sell another vehicle.

The agent is very friendly and patient. He walked me through the details of my car and provided a price. And when I argued that the price was way lower than the quote, he talked with the marketing team and gave me a better deal. Finally, I got an Uber brochure back home.

Called WBAC at the last minute. Easy making an appointment. Initial interview was encouraging. After new car purchased JB scheduled us for a immediate(5pm) appointment. JB was patient and friendly. He patiently walked us thru all the paperwork.
