Our online valuation is based on the information provided by the customer. The final offer reflects the verified condition and history of the vehicle after a professional, in-person appraisal. In this case, our appraisal identified two findings that materially impacted resale value:

• Our diagnostic tool detected that the vehicle's trouble codes had been recently cleared prior to your appointment, which raises concerns about underlying issues that may have been masked
• The vehicle's history report showed prior accident damage with diminished value, which carries through to the wholesale and retail market regardless of repair quality
