Our online valuation tool is designed to give customers a preliminary estimate based on the information they provide. In your case, the initial estimate of $1,925 was based on your online disclosure that your 2009 Mitsubishi Raider was in good condition with no damage or mechanical issues. As explained during the recorded confirmation call, all valuations are subject to a professional in-person appraisal.
During your appointment on October 4, our team identified several issues that were not disclosed online and which impacted the final valuation. These included:
• Check engine light illuminated
• Multiple dents on the pickup truck bed
• A sensor for the AC compressor held together with tape and a zip tie
Additionally, our OBD-II diagnostic report revealed the following fault codes:
• P0750 – Shift Solenoid A Malfunction
• C1501 – Tire Pressure Sensor 1 Internal Fault
• C1502 – Tire Pressure Sensor 2 Internal Fault
• C1504 – Tire Pressure Sensor 4 Internal Fault
