We explained that we were having a new roof put on our home and a new septic system put in that day and we were unable to bring our Jeep to them. They said no problem and sent John right to us! It was a quick evaluation and overall process. Pretty seamless. She explained everything thoroughly. And was helpful. My only disappointment is in the online evaluation gave me $500 more than they actually gave me in the end.
