I was a ball of nerves
I was a ball of nerves leading up to the evaluation of my Lincoln MKZ. I didn't want to give my car up, but I knew I needed too. I bought it when it had 15 miles on it and racked up 203, 000 miles getting me and my kids to and from work and their events and Parris Logan helped me feel better about the process of giving my car up to a new owner. It was not as long as I thought it would have been. Parris Logan explained everything to me in detailed of what I would expect and I received copies of everything. Thank you Parris for your time and patience that allowed me to go through this process! If you are thinking about selling your car, I would recommend Parris Logan to help you through it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I want to walk through what was recorded on our side at the appointment, because the inspection findings were substantial.
On the engine, our buyer noted upper engine noise alongside four active OBD diagnostic trouble codes:
P0011: camshaft timing over-advanced, Bank 1
P0128: coolant thermostat below regulating temperature
P0420: catalyst system efficiency below threshold, Bank 1
P2230: barometric pressure circuit intermittent
The body and paint findings included a need for complete repaint, the front bumper cracked and requiring full replacement, the rear bumper cracked and requiring full replacement, and a dent in the roof panel requiring repair and paint. The wheels and tires showed damage to all four alloy wheels, with low-tread tires on the driver-side front and passenger-side rear requiring replacement. Additional findings included a damaged driver-side door handle, a damaged passenger-side mirror housing requiring replacement, jack damage to the driver-side rocker panel, rust on the passenger-side rocker panel, and an interior in need of a complete clean.
The online valuation submitted ahead of the appointment didn't capture any of these conditions, and the figure offered reflected the actual state of the car as our buyer documented it.
Even so, your experience warrants a careful look on our side. I've logged a complaint and the area manager who covers the Pittsburgh operation will be reviewing the appointment in detail and reaching out to you directly.
