Hi Jeff,
We have now checked with our team in South Florida as well as our own records, and have no record of a customer matching your name on file. Your comments do not align with our business values and we value the opportunity to hear your specific concerns and reply with context.
If you believe this was with us, please write to customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com with the name, phone number or email address you would have used, and we will look into it.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

Hi Jeff,
We would like to understand what sits behind this rating, and we are having trouble placing you.
We do business strictly by appointment, and we hold a record of every customer appointment at every one of our US locations. We cannot find one under your name at any of them. Is it possible this was with a different company, or would it be on file under another name?
Either way, we want to hear from you. Please write to us at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com so we can look into this properly and come back to you.
If we have fallen short of the five star service we set out to give on every appointment, we are committed to making that right and to showing you why we are the number one rated car buying service in the USA for customer satisfaction.
Warmest regards,
Jeremy, on behalf of webuyanycar.com
I would do it all again!
Above everything else that was great, it was Ekamba Eshiet, Vehicle Acquisition Specialist that made it a wonderful experience. I was expecting it to be "cheesey" but it wasn't at all. It was professional and all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. Ekamba's personality, character and customer facing expertise was awesome.

I had an appointment with the Pompano…
I had an appointment with the Pompano Beach office of this company.
Unfortunately, they never notified me that they moved to another location. After I obtained the new location from their website, I arrived to find out that the branch manager, who was a good guy, explained that the internet was not working properly and the folks ahead of me would be an additional 45 minutes to service.
It was very unprofessional of the company and not the manager since he was only trying to do his job. I went to Carvana and experienced a very professional and easy transaction. I would highly recommend Carvana.

Hi Rocco,
Just circling back around to thank you for providing helpful and actionable insight. We did you a disservice not delivering on the expectations of a fast, hassle-free appointment in about 1 hour and apologize completely.
We have provided feedback to our employee and put systems and processes in place to ensure this does not happen in the future. If there is anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com.

Hi Rocco,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your visit to our Pompano Beach office. It is our responsibility to ensure that our customers are informed of any changes, including location updates, and I regret that we failed to notify you in a timely manner.
I understand your frustration with the delay caused by the internet issues and the additional wait time. While the branch manager was doing his best under the circumstances, it is clear that we did not meet your expectations for a smooth and professional experience. We take your feedback very seriously and have logged a complaint on your behalf. The Area Manager responsible for our team in your area is investigating and will be reaching out directly to discuss your experience and find a way to restore your faith in webuyanycar.com.
We strive to provide a seamless and efficient service to all our customers, and I am sorry that we fell short in this instance. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team at customerfeedback@webuyanycarusa.com. If we've done something wrong, we will always do our best to make it right.

Bluebird
I was skeptical an researched online prior to my call to them
I wondered what would happen when I arrived for my appointment
The car inspection was very thorough but fair
I really didn’t want to part with the car but it was time and I didnt really need it anymore so we agreed to a fair price and I walked away with my money in a short amount of time
I would hope that anyone else using them would have the same great experience
