The process was quick and seamless, including in person and online. All customer service representatives I interacted with, including over the phone and the branch manager in person, were courteous, explained the process well, and answered any questions I had. The text messages and emails communicated clearly what I needed to bring, times, etc. The only thing that could be improved was my mobile appointment was cancelled and this was not communicated to me. I was still receiving emails and texts confirming my appointment up until the morning of the 1030am appointment.

Onsite experience was fine, no problems.

However, my check was put on hold by my bank for 10 days so that really sucked. Their reasoning was that they had reason to believe that the check would be returned. This is truly bad optics for WeBuyAnyCar Inc.

I worked with Cliff and a second gentleman whose name escapes me. Anyways, both were super friendly and efficient, and I was offered *literally 50% more* than the trade-in offer from the dealership I was working with. Easiest decision ever.

Cliff was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of end-to-end process. I was in and out in about 1.5 hrs. The amount offered for car was fair given condition. I would recommend this location to others. Thanks for a great customer experience.
