Sale was quick and competent and I received the company check as promised. The location was convenient to my subsquent travel to MVA by bus to surrender the tags.

My only negative comments:
1. The agent incorrectly entered my former address (indicated on the plastic license) onto the WeBuyAnyCar records, even though I showed him the (separate) official MVA change-of-address form.
2. A $99 document review fee was charged in connection with the sale. The fee is reasonable in view of the amount of work required, but it should be noted on the Web site where customers obtain their preliminary estimate of the sales price.

I received the highest offer from webuyanycar, but was leery about pursuing it, because of the possibility of a fake high offer. I need not have worried. The appraiser did a thorough exam and did find a few minor issues. This resulted in a few hundred dollars taken off their offer, but I couldn’t argue too vociferously and we wound up compromising on the difference in price. All in all, the experience was businesslike and I would recommend them to anyone seeking to sell a car easily and quickly.

Rob was great. He was thorough and professional. My concern is not with Rob but with the online piece. You should emphasize that the offer given online is LIKELY to change pending the inspection of the car.
