The fact that they have a mobile unit…
The fact that they have a mobile unit is great they were also willing to meet in the evening simply awesome. I didn't feel pressured into simply giving my vehicle away for pennies on the dollar like I did with the other 2 companies I called before hand I was treated fairly and with respect. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Pleasant, fair and efficient experience
The process was so smooth and efficient. Will W. was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He gave us a printout with numbers and repair estimates, negotiated fairly and closed the transaction very efficiently. There was no trickery or high pressure tactics involved.

Disappointed
The employee was great, but I was very disappointed that the value of my vehicle was half what was estimated online. This was very disappointing and had not been my experience in the past with this company. I sold two vehicles previously, and the value was the same as given online.

This business legit
I was skeptical at first because of the commercials on tv had me thinking that they would lowball but it was opposite. Dean was great with this process. He explained everything and went in detail about how it works. The offer he gave me was extremely fair and I was happy with it. I would highly recommend.
