The process was easy! It only took about an hour and I was out of there with a check in my hand.

It is a guaranteed buyer. Your not getting the greastest deal you can here but you can walk out in a hour with a cheque. Especially if you have no skills at used car sales and posses a vehicle you don't know what to do with, it is a solid option to have.

You dont have to take the deal and it is no more time out of your day than any individual buyer you would have to deal with. A guaranteed buyer sets a floor for you, which is a good starting place when you need to make a decision.

Sold a 2nd vehicle a couple weeks later. Pretty much the same experience, but this time with Donny.

I'd compare my experience to being on an episode of Pawn Stars. You should go into it with the expectation that you will not be offered the top retail value. You need to leave room for them to make money too. When you bring your vehicle in, they 'call in their expert', to review your vehicle and make an offer. During the process they share their opinion regarding certain characteristics of your vehicle and how they impact its value. I was provided the opportunity to share my opinions too. When an agreement was reached, it was just a matter of reviewing and signing the paperwork. A check was presented and I was on my way. Much less stressful and time consuming then attempting advertise and sell my vehicle to a private party. The frosting on the cake ist their branch manage Lacey. Very professional and comfortable to work with. The kind of person you'd like to work with if she were your Dr., Lawyer, mechanic, etc. Actually, just the kind of person I'd like to have working with me and my company.

Pretty fast process to get in and out. The staff were pretty friendly as well. Didn’t really have any high hopes for the payment so can’t really say about that but it was a good.

Extremely efficient, gave me a good fair offer for my car and Lacey was very professional and pleasant during the process.

Felt we were treated fairly and paid a fair payment.

We ended up getting an extremely low offer that was kind of fair for both of us considering my car was pretty bad .It wasn’t what we wanted but it was what we needed at the time . never give them the reason why you want to sell your car I feel they knew my excitement for the car I wanted lol . if you want more bang for your buck you are better off selling it your self however there is a lot of positives they were extremely nice I kept calling the lady several times and vice versa and never did she sound annoyed we got same day appointment got paid the same day and even got us a nice lyft and saved us the hassle from dealing with people would I come back and do business with them again yes most definitely
One negative is that they are really hidden

Also the guy that was helping us with paperwork was extremely awesome so most definitely made me feel better selling it . On a scale 1to 10 I would honestly give them a 10

Very positive experience. We submitted an online application for a quote, made an appointment and once we got there we were in and out in about an hour maybe slightly more. Anyone who has ever sold a car before knows what a hassle it can be. If we have another car to sell sometime in the future we will be right back there.

James was efficient and quick. The service was outstanding. I received more than I had been quoted from other companies. I knew my car wasn’t worth a ton and had a few issues. James was patient and I feel he was honest and gave a fair purchase price. Thanks James!

Initially, the offer was lower than that given online but they were able to work with me and get close to this. The West Valley location is a little bit difficult to find. They need better signage. Lacey was excellent however. On my way within an hour.

Lacey was very professional and courteous. She explained everything I had a question about. She helped order me a Lyft and made sure I got to my ride safely.

What made my experience great was Lacey Black. Their was a lot of extra things on my vehicle to get it taken care of. And not only did i get my car sold i had a unkonwn lien on it that didnt exist anymore. She went above and beyond to make sure things went well and taken care of.

MANAGER WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PLEASANT, THE PROCESS WAS PRETTY EASY.
